You can tell how much effort Noh Ji Hoon has invested his time into working with other producers and composers to create his own sound and develop as an artist. His albums and vocals never fail to disappoint me. But , to be honest, I believe Cube's marketing team hasn't been doing a good job in terms of adapting their strategies now that competition in Kpop is growing exponentially. After Hong stopped being CEO due to his health, you can see artists in the company have been struggling to make it on their own in terms of individual popularity for the more popular groups like 4minute and beast or getting public recognition as a group like BTOB or Noh Ji Hoon.
I really missed him. It's been so long. I was also wondering why Jun was there hahah. I hope he comes out on more variety shows. I think he needs something very characteristic of himself to hit it big and gain public recognition.
Another great performance.. Rohji's never fails to make me smile.. I love his voice so much.. and this song is so beautiful... and him being so handsome is also a treat! heh So happy he finally got a comeback.. hopefully Cube will start promoting him more from now on.. he is so good.. it's disappointing to feel like Cube forgets he is one their artists sometimes..

the camera's a bit shaky for just slow movements -_- RJH sounds great. Shame people dgaf about him. I'm really hoping Cube gives him another comeback asap. His lack of popularity is upsetting. Punishment / The Next Big Thing was a really good debut.
