Boiling them and refrigerating overnight reduces the available sugars because the cooling process converts some of the starch into "Resistant starch," which the body cannot digest as readily. This causes a lower glycemic index and a slower blood sugar spike. You can cook in the air fryer the next day and get same yummy crunch!! Love you! ❤❤❤❤❤
Also just a tip for diabetics or anyone else, if you eat some salad or veg first, then proteins and fats and carbs last it doesn’t spike blood sugars so much 👍🏻

If you buy steam bags Cath, those carrots and cabbage would have taken around 5 min in a microwave. Never used a pan. Keeps all the goodness in. I have a " INSTA AIRFRYER " Same brand as your pressure cooker. Love it. 60 pound from Argos, stainless steel. 5 litres. ❤❤❤

This new one is a Ninja 7.6L because there's 4 adults living here and I'm really impressed with it, so thanks Cathy. Now I've got a little recommendation for you - instead of having all those saucepans and the gas hob going, get an electric steamer, they're brilliant! I've had several over the course of about 30 years, as soon as one goes I get another and they do your veg lovely! 💕

X hes a lovely guy called kevin x we stayed at the andora hotel x very good location and disabaled friendly x they are apartment's most in tennirife are x but hes brilliant shows you everything x also a guy called cols place x hes just back and was in appartments just behind the vista sur centre x lizanne from Scotland xxx
@Nannyskely we booked direct with hotel andora x there are two parts to the hotel x superior suits are in the main hotel x the other end most are privately owned x some the hotel own and are good too but no air-conditioning x booked flights separately x we are going back November x it's honestly a lovely spotless hotel x rooms cleaned every day x separate bedroom x kitchen x sofa x balcony x and it's all flat area x
