- In this Phonak Connectivity video we will show you how to connect a pair of wireless Phonak hearing aids to an Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S21 used). Visit Phonak.com/Support for more help with connecting your Phonak hearing aids.
Had a problem losing streaming capability with Phonak Adeo-70R aids (2 months old). Tried rebooting and using the app to no avail in restoring the "third" device indication. This video indicated the aids should be paired with the phone first then download or turn on phonak app. This worked perfectly (on Android). The two aids connected via bluetooth. Then turned them off, opened and selected pair and turned them on (auto pairing mode). They paired with the app. Then selecting Steaming on the app - the third Phonak Hearing Aid device showed up. Selected and all is good. This is the best video of several I consulted for this problem.
Fantastic speaker and he solved my problem
I just updated to a new set of rechargeable Audeo hearing aids. These replaced my rechargeable Marvel hearings aids. The issue i have is that I use the Audeo set during the day, and i use the Marvel ones for sleeping as I have Tinnitus / Hyperacusus, and I use them to help with masking and sound therapy while resting. Unfortunately, I have now no way to change programs nor fine tune the settings on the Marvel units as they have been forgotten in the Phonak app and replaced by the Audeos. Why is there not support for multiple device pairs in the app? My usage case certainly cannot be unique. Can you help?

I got a new Android phone a couple weeks ago, and found that I couldn't talk on the phone (or watch videos without other people hearing them) with just my hearing aids. I had to hold the phone up to my ear. Well, that's not how it's supposed to work.
This video helped - mostly. I uninstalled the myPhonak app, reinstalled it, and followed these instructions. When I got into Bluetooth part, I did the pairing and selected the connected device called 'R-Phonak hearing aid', and it came up with the Dolby Atmos app which is what made my audio work correctly.

When my hearing aid squeals, that means I haven't pushed it into my ear far enough. Don't know if that would work for you. Maybe check with your audiologist or hearing aid specialist.
Thank you!
