In this review, I'm going to take a look at another collaboration beer, this time between the Two Tides Brewing Company, Human Robot and North Park Beer Company (‪@npbcvideos3414‬), and it's their SAN ➔ PHL ➔ SAV. This is a West Coast Pilsner that sounds quite intriguing, especially because of the breweries that are involved. Let's see how it is! Commercial Description:
Party time! Here's the first beer in our series of year 6 anniversary collaboration releases. North Park and Human Robot are some of the finest humans you'll ever meet AND they are absolute masters of the brewery craft. With this beer, we took pages from everyone's book of tricks and created a west coast Pilsner, hopped assertively with choice Pacific Northwest and New Zealand hops, and fermented low and slow with our house lager yeast. It's an absolute show-stopper and we hope you enjoy as much as we do.

Human Robot = one of the best lager breweries in the Northeast, IMO. I've had about a half dozen beers from them and they were all high quality. Definitely worth seeking out.

I have heard a lot of good things about Human Robot. Cool to see a coast to coast collaboration. I don't think I have ever seen a West Coast Pilsner. Sounds like an interesting style that I could get into. Some of these states alcohol laws are so dumb and antiquated. Cheers!

Beer laws, in general, are most definitely antiquated, haha! No West Coast Pilsner yet? Man, they're so good. They bring the hop character you'd get from a West Coast IPA with the drinkability, body and mouthfeel of a Pilsner. Best of both worlds. I hope you see one soon, brother!

WEST. COAST. PILS. ARE. MY. JAM. Real talk, my favorite style these days! Never heard of/had anything from Two Tides but sounds like they did this one well. everywhere just had a Nelson pils on last weekend when we were there and I wanted to sit the entire weekend and just chug 100s of them. I'm with you, man. They're up there for me. In fact, any kind of dry-hopped/hopped lager at this point is in my wheelhouse for what I want as a "drinking" beer. I never heard of Two Tides until Wes sent me some stuff last year, but they do a great job overall from what I've had. This beer is certainly one that you'd love, Joe. I doubt Bounty ever comes through with a sponsorship, but if they ever do, I've achieved my lone goal for this channel, LMAO!
