No water won’t damage much. It is fairly water resistant.

yes - it is good to use for high power lights, we have made a video for that as well

yes you do need a relay for High Power LED
I also have Alto lxi & have the same pair of lights. But the beams are too downward. Can you plz tell me how to adjust the beam manually ; The knob inside doesn't work and I couldn't find any way to adjust it in the frame/housing.
Rotate them its all about that
There is a nob on the Driver's hand side..Change the no. from 1 to 4.

Will the light fix without cutting the rubber cap?
Yes, it will fit perfectly. No need to do any alteration.
Some people are cutting the rubber cap to fit the LED perfectly in Alto.
Is the LED waterproof? During servicing of car, is there any chance of damage by water?
You can watch 02:45 onwards, the procedure to mount the led headlight without cutting the rubber cover.
