I know he can do it , and I (think) Iknow why he doesn't do it. Saw these guys at Bloodstock UK, fantastic show and the very last band of the weekend bill. One of those bands thst almost redefines metal...
I was a bit scared when Jari declared he wont play guitar live anymore, but man when I see this... so clean, so powerful... vocals, guitars..all is way better.
Teemu is pretty much the best guitarist I know. There is tons of extremely good players who could play this solo, but even live his performance is absolutely impeccable. This and his general creativity (which many players who are very good technically just dont have) makes him a rolemodel for my endeavors to learn play guitar
I'm wondering if the reason the crowd seems so dead is because it's so packed? I dont know but man its weird Everytime I've seen them live the crowds have been crazy.
This was my favorite song from them and they play it amazingly but Jari not playing the solo has taken away from the magic. Sorry Teemu, he nailed it but its just not the same ... still a flawless performance in one hell of an underrated band.
I know what you mean, I think Teemu is technically a better guitarist than Jari, but I enjoy Jari's playing more because of his distinctive style and passion.
@@ravenwda007 Chile is the best crowd mr raven, i've been to lot of concerts, and chile is the best crowd: BG, Sabaton, Amon Amarth, Rhapsody, Helloween, Tyr, Korpiklaani, Abbath, Meshuggah, Rammstein, Ensiferum, Alestorm, etc

This is where metal went from being a genre for people who needed to vent out frustrations in an energetic moshpit, to a genre for geeks and nerds who just want to get 1 billion notes shot at them in a lengthy solo, so their brains can feed off of the stimuli while their body doesn't move. Anyway. These musicians sure can play tremendously well.
Metal has always been the genre for geeks and nerds; also moshpits and 1 billion notes aren't mutually exclusive ie countless technical death metal bands. This crowd is just extremely autistic (notice how they all have their own personal space) , even for a German one.
This song has one of the best solos of all time

I would argue that Teemu has the most efficient and admirable technique I've seen in a guitarist, but I appreciate Jari's playing and creativity more.
