sun screaming in through the windscreen and one of those stupid curves in the road lol , probably was the worst time to have a message pop up on your phone too
I reckon the driver could've got blinded by the setting sun. The sun was shining bright into the dashcam so I reckon that could be what caused the accident.
Good to see the cammer stopped to check on them.
Cammer may have wanted a new car 😂
And the tradie just kept driving.....at least the DC driver made the effort to stop and check.
when I moved to Canberra I was warned not to leave my car parked on the street due to the high risk of drunk drivers slamming into them
Apart from the phone menace, clean your windscreens people. I don't know how half of you make it out of your driveways.
and please operate the spray in the driveway instead of waiting for a motorbike to be behind you...
@@paradiselost9946 ouch
I cleaned my windscreen once, then I saw what was happening on the roads and was terrified.... never again.

YES
Bloody sun, “screaming” like that, must have put the driver off!
So basically, if you ever see a big red arrow pointing at you from the sky, it means you're about to get run over by a 4WD.
The finger of god
That’s a hell of a lot of damage, how fast was he going 🤔.
On the phone. Thanks for stopping.
Looks like he swiped left😂
and picked up - a parked car
could see the screen had the sun in her eyes
The sun the main distraction, but the driver must have been doing something other than driving to not have seen that car.
Wow that Mazda folded
As all modern vehicles are designed to do.
Nice work Commercial Air Services.
No mobile phones were injured during the making of this production!
Can't see that one buffing out.
On the phone no doubt!
parked cars can be such a nuisance when you're busy texting ...
This is what happens when you are distracted and driving…..
Rest in peace ✝️ Mazda

I thought the same in the beginning. but the sun was slightly on the right and the mazda was on the left.
Lynwood ?
Wow how did that happen
Blinded by the setting sun perhaps.
Looking into the sun always a hazard
Typical Perth driving, parked cars come out of nowhere
Did the driver just drive off & leave the rocked car behind?
The car that hit the mazda was passed by the dc vehicle in the footage. It can also be seen in the pics at the end
@@aussiecams people are just plain arseholes.
Big ouchie
Oopsie
We have all been there with low sun and been lucky, but luck wasn't on the driver's side today
Maybe they were feeling pressured by the ute, and they were going faster than they were comfortable with.
