Cheese Makhana Recipe with Homemade Cheese Masala. Healthier Snacking Idea for kids & all. 150 Kcal

    It's a cheeesyyy kinda love!!
    When our traditional makhana met cheese, they got be like this may sound cheesy, but we sound grate together!!🤪🤩
    This cheesy peezy makhana will definitely make you fall crazily in loveee with your snack time!!😍💖
    Method-
    Grate the cheese, coat very well with cornflour and spread out on a baking try, lined with parchment paper.
    Dry it at room temperature or sundry for 1-2 days or in a preheated oven at 65-70° C for an hr.
    Remove, cool and tranfer to a mixie with all other ingredients and grind into a fine powder.
    Transfer to a air tight container and use as seasonings in khakhras, makhana, popcorn and in all that you want to.
    You can store this for upto one month.
    For the cheesy makhana, heat ghee in a kadhai, add the dry roasted makhana and coat it well. Now, add in the prepared cheese powder and toss it.
    Remove, cool to room temperature and store in an airtight container.
    Enjoy!!!!

    Thank you for how to dry cheese. I did dry cheese but great idea for adding cornstarch and carrots.when I dried cheese and tried to make powder it was still grainy.

    I have made excellent homemade cheese from yr recipe...but my cheese melt when I have put it in preheated oven ...now what can I do? I have grated homemade cheese n mixed cornflour as per yr recipe...pl guide
    One more query...we r Jain so can we replace butter with govardhan ghee to make cheese... will it taste same? What's the measurement of ghee in spoon or cup...

      Hello ! It is ok, let it melt eventually it will become dryzz
      Ghee is also ok. Use little less ghee

      It is optional.. It is just for Natural colour.. Shelf life - 2 months in the fridge in an air tight container
