well, i have come far from this, its been six months and I understand now why you guys are moving so quickly through the motions, because all of you have learned that if someone is in an any jam like an arm bar its not going to be easy to get out with getting stunned all the time. I do apologize.
@Ronin10467 They aren't even showing the true Iga clan martial combat, this man is too modern, he could of at least kept 60% of the Goshinjutsu arts, their arm bar isn't even complete. haha hello again Roninsan.
@BlueVansCapofAwesome thats cool, but even if these guys are warming up they should go through the whole arm bar to get it memorized by muscle. just my opinion.

@Hekigyoku1 I'm training in another group, with another senzei, but i can tell you that the most of what you see is a warming up.
