However, I killed mine by continuously praying and sometimes fasting. 2, stay away from friends who still talk about sex and women, and also earthly music. 3, Go to church and inspire yourself every day with godly things. Eventually, you will get used to being holy. You will be surprised how many days pass without lust or mastubation
