🍒 500 g cireșe, 500 g vișine
🍒 Spală fructele
🍒 Îndepărtează sâmburele
🍒 Cântărește fructele după ce scoți sâmburii
🍒 600 g zahăr
🍒 Lasă fructele să stea peste noapte la macerat în zahăr în frigider
🍒 A doua zi adaugă zeama de la o lămâie
🍒 Fierbe gemul la foc mic
🍒 Amestecă din când în când
🍒 După 40 de minute de fiert, oprește focul
🍒 Acoperă cratița cu un prosop de bucătărie
🍒 Lasă gemul să se răcească
🍒 După ce s-a răcit, fierbe din nou gemul la foc mic 40 de minute
🍒 Procedează la fel ca la prima fierbere
🍒 La a 3-a fierbere și ultima de altfel, înspre final, pune câteva fire de mentă puțin uscate si spălate și șterse ușor de apă
🍒 Fierbe gemul încă puțin cu menta apoi oprește aragazul
🍒 Lasă gemul să se răcească în cratiță
🍒 Pune gemul în borcane curate

🍒 Remove the kernels
🍒 Weigh the fruit after removing the seeds
🍒 600 g sugar
🍒 Leave the fruit to soak in sugar overnight in the refrigerator
🍒 The second day add the juice from one lemon
🍒 Boil the jam to low heat
🍒 Stir from time to time
🍒 After 40 minute of boiling stop the fire
🍒 Cover the pan with a kitchen towel
🍒 Allow the jam to cool
🍒 After it has cooled, boil the jam again for 40 minutes on low heat
🍒 Proceed in the same way as for the first boil
🍒 At the 3rd and last boil, in fact, towards the end, put a few dried and washed mint leaves, then gently wipe off the water
🍒 Boil the jam a little more with mint then turn off the stove
🍒 Allow the jam to cool in the pan
🍒 Put the jam in clean jars
