Jenn Fessler will be sorry if she moves to FL. It’s a hateful state, no longer inexpensive to live here. I’m only here a yaear and a half, my home is sold and I’m going back to PalmSprings CA. Insurance companies are pulling out like crazy. I have friends in simple single family homes ( not like the mansions they all live in) and their homeowners insurance is $6K and higher

I used to like her but again, asides from using information against others and picking fights with Teresa, to me it's thirsty/tired/getting old (not in an ageist way). Melissa is right, her children look different in a year, well at least her daughter...then you have that house was built and people criticized it but Joe knows what he's doing but trying to please people never works, it's good to see Joe/Melissa settle down where it all started for her family getting started.
Margaret is a constant in building, re-building and getting better... I think she gets into real estate due to her personality, always improving.... I like how Marge handles things and tells her husband to get it done...everyone always has advice but Marge Knows Best!
Overall the entire cast does a great job showing off their new homes (if it's real) and getting people interested.... What's funny is all you need is real good space and the comforts of home.... I like how Frank just comes, does his thing builds a new home like he's making a sandwich and moves on to the next -- that's a real gift to actually build homes, you have to be highly intelligent to actually consistently build -- the patience, timing, and dealing with the various weather patterns and then the red tape of the logistics, the stress alone would make you pour concrete.
I want to see if they'll be able to pay for those house taxes after the show is over

We all strive to be upper middle class and live in okay home Depot homes like Delores Catania and her home Depot kitchen make over Jackie goldsniper with her vinyl sided homes and then there's Jen fessler and Danielle home which All of them are ok upper middle class homes nothing wrong with that. The opulent homes are Melissa Teresa Jennifer aydin and Margaret.
Delores lying she had a shore home when that home is clearly frank Catania in previous seasons Delores claim it was hers she so tacky.
Pinocchio nose Rachel needs to stop down playing Jayden's birth mom. And John fruity fuda meds to relax he don't want Teresa to flip the table on him
They all have gorgeous homes. I think I love Marge's outdoor space. I know her home is super eclectic, but I vibe with it. Jackie is always so modest despite being one of the richest. I love that Fessler has a home in South Carolina. The Carolinas are so beautiful, and I love the hospitality down there.
