400m Final | Amoj Jacob's New Personal Best 46.00sec |Grand Prix -2. National Institute of Sports

Amoj Jacob (Delhi) came up with a personal best time of 46.00 seconds to win the men’s 400m in the Indian Grand Prix II at the Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports here on Thursday. In improving on the 46.26 he clocked in June 2017, he showed a smart recovery from the injury that forced him to hobble out of the race in Grand Prix I last week.

Bz our 100m and 200 m national record can be broken by most of the athletes in Europe and USA without that much training. and india always suffers defeat in 100m and 200m
so... Our national record is a piece of cake for USA and European countries. I am too sad for that.
