Recommendations:
*Next time don't wet the hair before bleaching it.
*Don't harshly comb or brush the hair before bleaching it.
*Wash the bleach out before applying new bleach. The old bleach has don't all that it could. When you applied the second layer of bleach it was in a way diluted by the first layer.
*40 volume and foil may have been a bit too much for the hair. You probably didn't need the foil because you used such a high volume developer.

Yes you definitely want to wash the hair & let it sit in the conditioner for at least 30 minutes

The hair should be dry. Wet hair is more fragile and you won't lift, remove, as much color if the hair is wet. It's best to bleach dry hair.
Good video but the bundles are no longer deep wave. How do you get the deep wave back?
use small flexi rods , that should shake it back 👍🏽 ..

You completely ruined that hair. 40 vol and a big a double s foil over it all? I saw smoke coming out of it 🤢
People think higher volume the better results but it’s just not true. She would’ve achieved the same thing with 20 vol and an hour of bleaching, and hair wouldn’t end up being fried as hell. Keeping it tight in a foil without any air is also a big no
40 and 50 volume developer is used to cut the timing down is basically means the hair will process faster with a higher volume. The lower the volume the more time it will take the higher the volume the less time. You can achieve that blonde look with a 30 too but if you don’t want to wait that long you would use a 40 or a 50 . But your not supposed to ever use over 30 on your hair only on bundles because it will burn your head off 😂. But putting it in the foil only traps the heat in so the heat from the foil will help the hair process faster. She didn’t ruin anything it’s all about what you know. 😉

@@thequeenstyles8134 you clearly don't know anything about developer other than theoretical stuff like timings and such. 40 volume (and higher) penetrates the cuticle to the core while 20 don't. Guess which hair will look, feel and be healthier at the end, the one you did with 40 vol, or the other one you did with 20 but double processed? The other one. Trapping heat in a foil helps but never to the point it smokes lol, the result is over processed hair we seen. And hair ain't even near blonde spectrum, it's coppery orange, now if she tried doing it one more time it would snap cuz she overprocessed it with 40 and trappin heat.
