Im convinced that Bangalore was a team griefer. They dont help you with your fights, tey just run up and smoke you so you cant see the other player anymore and you miss your kill. Ive had Bangalores do this constantly to the point where if i see a Bangalore on my team, i will just straight up leave.
Bang can just accidentally grief more than any other character, i promise you its only a small minority of players that’d do that. Its probably accidental that they negatively impact u.

Not sure which part you're referring but he usually edits out parts / whole sections of healing. And on octane you slowly regain health when not taking shots
