@@roirey6657 Joyous Celebration that’s employment. Those adults can actually do that job and look after their families. That’s why ex Joyous members can also leave and have full music careers. There’s no need to just have kids sing in your choir just to prove a point you’re doing a good thing. Sometimes less is more
