It's a cyclopaths fudging adventure that's what this is. Fudging wheel bending, wheel crushing jank heaven truly. This has made my top 5 trails of you riding for sure. Thanks for letting me live out my MTB dream rides through you for the time being. You guys ride that like a boss. Would be nice to see an eduro race in these trails. Arron has major balls riding the rest of the trail on his rim basically.

those things you can´t repair it...Best thing is classic tube, patches and tire plugs.I even carry a glue&rubber to fix tire cuts or holes. Working as MTB trail guide I always carry 100 things, last time one guy manage to loose his brake pads in the middle of nowhere, thanks we meet another group of riders and one of them carry those specific pads. Since that,I add 4 more types of pads to the guide kit, just in case hahahaha.

Hey Brian, how much and what kind of food did you have to eat to keep your energy up for this epic all day ride? I find if I go on a 7 hour ride I pack like 5 lbs of bars & gels trying to get down 60g of carbs an hour. Haha.

    • @bkxc

Gorgeous scenery! It makes me wish I was out riding too! Only problem is that’s also a forest fire waiting to happen. With all those dead logs, and underbrush and grass, the whole place could go up in flames with one good lightning storm, or a careless/drunk camper.

Been there done that. Each time I rode the trail it was a kick in the ass. Lass time we shuttled to top of the fire lookout and had the intention of riding into Nevada City. One of the less experience riders crashed and bent his rotor. We only made it to Omega Overlook. U should try that route.

I really like that type of trails, they're techy but not in the usual "jump, jump, drop, berm" type. Also, there's proper adventure involved.
