I grew up in the 70s 80s and early nineties and listened to abba songs during that time. Brings back memories. Hopefully a new generation will grow up with these songs.
I was 12 when i started listening to ABBA in the early 80s. It feels good when our teens are also into ABBA music and they also admire the work and the creativity of the legends of DISCO music. Keep up this work kids.. We love these songs and u have done amazing job in making medley. 👍

Excelentes eran estos chicos, obvio que no se parecen a Abba, pero el los covers que hacían eran muy buenos, adptados a los sonidos modernos, así lograron llegar a muchos jóvenes así llevándoles a conocer y gustar la música de Abba. Buenos años 2000

Of course the quality of ABBA's original versions of the songs could never be exceeded, but as far as covers and samples go with other artists and groups, A*Teens actually did a very good job modernizing the sound and keeping it as close as possible to the original material at the same time. I especially liked A*Teens' version of 'Gimme, Gimme' for that reason; as true as possible to the original and powerful with the sound of the '90s (which was the best musical period for my taste). They people in and behind A*Teens must have been close to the ABBA producers, because during that time it was well known that the rights' owner wasn't very pleased with others trying to use samples from or covers of ABBA's songs. Appearently, A*Teens was an exception; and I must say that this time, that exception was a good one.

One reason for this great job is that the man who created A-Teens was Ola Håkansson from the world famous Swedish band Secret Service :-)
I think Benny gave them his blessing, on the condition that they removed ABBA from their original name (ABBA-Teens)
