Historic center of Rostov: 2023 results

The first video on the channel - and it's time to summarize the year! There are a lot of bad stories in Rostov-on-Don, but finding the good ones has become a challenge. I'll briefly tell you what happened: preserved buildings and new monuments, fires and demolitions, restored doors and street festivals, plus a "gift" from the administration for the New Year itself.
