I know what you mean my girlfriend lost her left leg at her hip 2 months ago she's very self-conscious can't get her to go out in public she's thinking everybody going to ask her about accident and how she lost her leg

@@charlescook8956 Hi Charles, Im sorry to hear about your girl friend, its a difficult time in the first few months, but things got a lot better for me.
Around the time I posted this comment I started A channel to help others amputees. Maybe there are a few suggestions in there which can help.

@@theampedlife think you she really needs that her leg was amputated at her hip it's been very hard for her to adjust

@@charlescook8956 You're welcome, both of you. For what it's worth, I was in a very, very bad place after I lost my leg, but over time my life has become meaningful and I am a happy amputee. I truly wish the same for her, it's possible to live a full life despite such a loss. Thanks for your message, take care you guys. I hope my story can help.
