Of course, you can always hire someone to help you, but you have the option of doing it yourself if you want to. The main reason for my videos is (besides informing you) to give you options. Do you think paying your rent up for one year is a good idea?

@Harrington_SheShe hello dear. It does not matter, really. Paying the rent up front for an entire year will make no difference. However, if you want to just be done with it, then you can do it. Now, paying the entire rent for the duration of the lease will give you room to negotiate the amount of the deposit. Or you can just set up a bank account to have the rent money to be sent to your landlord automatically on the first of each month.
