Well I just tasted this sauce yesterday night and I was surprised, it's real that it tastes a lot like Tabasco and it has this vinegar attack in the throat, but it has a great punch in the mouth, much more flavour than Tabasco. I would say vinegar and Cayenne are not necessarily my favourite profile in hot sauces but this one is tweaked a little bit different.
