Clint lives in Carmel, Ca. He has a ranch there and owns a little café. He use to serve food in there from time to time. We met him once when I was a young teen. He sat and talked with us for over 30 minutes. Very down to earth man. ❤
My wife and I watch your videos regularly and also Green Acres nightly. Last night's episode the character Hank Kimble (Alvy Moore is his real name) came on and she said "Hey he looks like Brian on the You Tube - Livin our Vision...and I agree. Not anything derogatory...just thought you would like to know...you do. We love watching your videos by the way...keep them coming!
It’s a bummer that everything was closed! But going down in the mine is really interesting. Even when it’s over 100 degrees at the surface, down in the mine it’s almost downright cold!
We visited Calico several years ago. We just stopped because we saw an ad as we were traveling through the area. We loved it. At that time we did a tour of the mine and several other things that were open. We still talk about what a blessing it was. We would definitely go back. So glad y’all stopped. BTW we love watching y’all 😊
That’s great you were able to experience it! Bet that mine tour was cool. We enjoyed the ghostly town but sure it would be better if all the places were open and running. Hopefully after this pandemic clears up, they will reopen them. Thanks so much for watching Bonnie! 🧡😁🤓
Thank you for a blast from the past! Me and my buddy used to take our Baja bugs and camp there in the campgrounds that they have. We used to drive all through the desert on old fire and mining roads back in the early 80s. They used to have calico days twice a year which included live bluegrass music and lots of beer drinking! Tons of great memories there for me so thank you for going there!!
Should have stayed at calico, up in the canyon. It's magical at night, the lights from camp reflect on the red rock walls. They do a Halloween spooky graveyard walk too.We used to camp there with our horses and ride the back canyons..
Heard a little about that...sounds kind of fun! Actually, as mentioned, we were driving through, stopped at Peggy Sue’s as a Harvest Hosts overnight and THEN found out about the Calico Ghost Town being so close and decided to go see it before we took off to get to our reservations in Vegas. Sounds pretty cool though and would love to go back and experience that sometime! Thanks for sharing! 🧡😊🤓
thank you for showing calico.. i was born and raised in barstow and my parents would take us every year for calico days...i remember tying to get the money at the top of the greased flag pole at the school house... havent been there in over 35 years it really looks different.. hope you got to see the uneven house and the house made of bottles.. save travels
Thanks for sharing your story. We absolutely love hearing stories like this! We did not know about the uneven house or bottle house there. May have to return, especially after everything is back to normal. 👍🏻😊🤓
We have blown past where Peggie Sue's is supposed to be twice now. On our list to visit. Maybe we'll wait til post Covid. Calico looks more interesting than I would have assumed. Looks like a cool weather best stop. Appreciate this video.
It’s really too bad you didn’t get a chance to tour the silver mine in Calico. I believe it’s the largest silver mine, at least in the US. It is well worth your time if you pass by Calico again. Enjoy following you guys! Thank you for the time you spend to share your adventures with us.
We wish we could of too but it was closed. Not sure when they will reopen it. They had a few of their attractions closed including the railway. Would definitely go back. Thanks Brent and thank YOU for following our adventures! We’re so happy to hear you enjoy them. 🧡😊🤓
Another great video, thanks a lot. I am "shocked" about your Diesel prices. I just filled up my RV's Diesel tank: roughly 26.4 GAL for only $ 121, lowest price today. Greetings from Bavaria, Germany.
Awesome video, I have to say when you mentioned the two types of ice cream for the shake it didn't sound good. But, I am sure it cooled you down somewhat. Have a great week and see you next Saturday :)
Thank you! 😊🤓 Yeah it was just...okay. At first it was strange, then it grew on us both, then we were both like...meh! 😂 but...if we didn’t try we would be curious.
Hi guys! Great video! Thanks for the tour of Peggy Sue's and the ghost town. I've fueled at the TA in Vegas a couple times and saved almost $40 each time! Enjoy your time in Vegas! 😎💚
Enjoyed watching you enjoy your time here in my part of the world, sad to see you go. I live about ten minutes from TT Menifee. Safe travels to you and looking forward to your coming adventures.
I really like your channel. We are looking for a type of RV in about 2 years. I really like the way you picked out Vinney and am watching to see what you end up with !! On another channel, the couple has had 4 other campers but, has ended up with Airstream.
I noticed in the fuel card application that the “control number” it was asking for is different from your card Pin. And “yep” used your link and listed y’all as a referral ; applied this morning.
Yes it is. TSD never did explain why our control number quit working they just reset it and worked out good for us as we ended up saving more since we made it to Nevada to fuel cheaper than California. We weren’t sure we had enough at first but luckily we did. Low fuel light on for last 40 miles and the gauge said we had about 70 miles in fuel left. Was so thankful to find out the gauge worked! 😂
Too funny! When you asked Siri the temp, my phone interrupted the video and told me my temp! I was curious anyway. Sorry about the lemon pie. Thanks for trying! Ya’ll have a great week.
That’s too funny! And it is supposed to recognize our voice so we must sound fairly identical! 😂 Yeah, the pie and food was just mediocre at best. Could of been a bad day for the cook...and the next morning. Lol
Thanks again guys I just love your shows! Your channel is my all time favorite ❤ I know I say it every time but its true. Any word on the new gig? Thanks again
Thank you so much Mike! That means a lot to us both! 🧡😊🤓 We get so down on ourselves and wish we had the time to make them better, so please keep saying it! 😂 Nothing new on a new RV. We went to Airstream Las Vegas, they had one unit we likes (33’ Classic) and the manager was supposed to emails us back and never did. I sent a follow-up a d basically got a “sorry our Mgr did not respond to you.” We’re just going to take it one day at a time and maybe someone will want to buy Vinny and that may make it easier for us so that we can buy from an individual instead.
Oh my gosh!??! Barstow has GROWN since I was there w/family (for 2 weeks) in 1983... There wasn't much more than the main drag, "Barstow Station", the Thrifty (grocery store w/.25 ice cream cones), and my step-dad's apartment complex where he was living while he oversaw the installation of a control system for the (apparently not there anymore) coal gasification plant "Solar One"! Back then, if you didn't want to go to Calico Ghost Town (which was fun and smaller scale), you had to drive 3 hours to Los Angeles (or stop in Victorville, where we saw "War Games") or 3 hours to Vegas... Which, to my 16 year old self at the time, was FOREVER to be in a car. LOL! Good memories, despite the lack of humidity. Pity that Peggy Sue's wasn't better (we didn't go there, I don't think we knew it was there).
Ok !!! Well I woke up this morning for a trip to Vegas and a ghost town... ! “OH” and a 50’s Diner .... the smell of the stinky ??? Was bad too.... but I truly appreciate all your places and videos... Have a wonderful day.... !!! Keep up the Video’s I love to travel with u ....
You guys are still in my area....I keep watching for you! We just came back to Yucaipa from Katherine’s Landing. You could go out there and camp. We used our Parks Pass to enter the park. Rent a boat or a jet ski on Lake Mojave. Head into Laughlin for dinner and some Blackjack! Sorry that lemon meringue pie wasn’t up to par! 🥵
Really? We thought you lived further in CA? We sure hope we do get the chance to meet you sometime! That ya great idea! We may have to make a trip down there. We’ve already made a couple 2 hr trips from the area, so one more won’t hurt! 😉😊🤓 Sounds like a plan! 👍🏻 Whether the food or pie is good or not, it’s always good that we tried. Hopefully it will get better there. We would definitely stop again for an overnight if needed and try something different there to show our appreciation. Makes it hard because we have to be honest when reviewing, but we feel bad at the same time.
I am new to your channel and you are in my neck of the woods. We live in Highland/ San Bernardino. We have camped at Calico probably a dozen times. Before Covid they had festivals 5 or 6 times a year. Maggie's mine was turned into a haunted house and it was scary. They have egg tossing contest's and all kinds of things. They also have a contest during Halloween of who had the best campsite decorations and my sister and her husband won first place one year when we all went. The festivals are fun but not so much during regular days.
I was waiting to see Victorville, but didn’t see you mention it...did I miss it? Calico used to be a real ghost town, and really fun. Seems they commercialized it. That’s sad.
@@LivinRVision thank you for your reply. Calico is still a great place to stop. I wish you could have seen it many moons ago when we live in Victorville. Please keep up with your wonderful videos. I enjoy them very much.
It's cool that Harvest Host lists Peggy Sue's...but Peggy Sue's is a parking lot open to anyone. My wife and I have a house in NCAL and one in Sun City AZ and we stay in Peggy Sue's parking lot every trip..both going north and going south. You just have to pray that a refrigerated semi does not park next to you and run that generator all night long. when Covid first hit, Peggy Sue's only served take out Pizza. It was good.... We think the food inside ( when they were open) was OK..and they give you a free Root beer barrel if you walk to the gift shop in the back :)
Yeah that’s what we were noticing too about the overnight parking. We hear that Peggy Sue’s actually listed themselves on Harvest Hosts...but I guess if you are a Harvest Hosts member, that’s a good way of finding out that it’s another place to stay. We probably would of just drove right past it and found a Wal Mart or somewhere else to stay overnight if it wasn’t listed. Then we would of missed Calico Ghost Town. We were simply going to Nevada and decided to split up the trip and didn’t hear about Calico until we arrived at Peggy Sue’s. Glad we did but yes, it’s like a big parking lot for truckers. Luckily we were not woken by any noise even though the interstate is pretty close. They must of stopped doing the root beer barrels. Bunmer! 😊🤓
You should have been able to get your propane tank filled. ASME propane tanks do not need recertification. These are the permanently mounted ones on motorhomes. Portable DOT tanks like on pull behinds need the 12 year recert.
Yep, at 27:00 is where it is during the time I talked about it. Thought that was really odd that the youngster said that to us and I asked him...are you sure about that? Of course he was. 😂 So I called a couple places AFTER I read on the web exactly what you and I have shared. Guess who else said -“yes, you have to get the tank recertified even on a motorhome”? The service Dept at “Camping W” in LV. 😂 I called another source that I knew so could trust and they confirmed that propane tanks on Motorhomes are ASME tanks and not DOT tanks and do not need recertified. So, I left that part in the video when editing and added the verbiage so that others would know about it in case anyone tries telling them different too. It was a blessing for us though since their propane was so expensive there. Lol
I went back to video to see why I missed it. I was listening to your video on the way in to town and missed the verbage. We have a 2006 Ventana 3330 and have had that issue come up a couple of times. Probably places that fill mostly DOT tanks. I checked out your RV trader ad. You have a nice coach. Bet you'll miss it, especially the storage.
My husband and I live in the Northeast (New Hampshire) and unfortunately we have to park under pine trees that drop sap which makes a mess on the cars!! We had the cars detailed and the guy doing the detailing told us that plain old rubbing alcohol gets it off better (and cheaper) than some of the more expensive products that supposedly are made for this. We’ve tried those and the alcohol - alcohol works much better!!
We were hooked on the Knights when we were here there opening season. Even went to a game. Love the pregame show they put on and even the tailgate party outside. Go VGK!
Great video once again! It's very noticeable how much time, love, and effort you two put into each of your videos. Can you share a few thoughts why you're considering going from a motor home to a truck and a towable of some sort? I don't have the experience you do, but I would think getting in and out of RV parks, fuel stops etc., would be much more challenging with a towable vice a motorhome? I must be missing something, or a lot, ha ha. I value and appreciate your views as you have a ton of experience. Thanks in advance.
Thank you very much John! 😊🤓 There are a lot of reasons and just as you mentioned about getting in and out of RV parks etc would be more challenging...there are many pros and cons to every RV. Not one single RV is the best choice for everyone. A few of our reasons are as follows; 1) Michelle’s comfort level driving a Class A. 2) When you have a Class A or any RV that has a motor, your entire RV is racking up mileage as you travel, especially when you are full time. With a diesel truck, even though you are racking up mileage, it holds it’s value better which allows you to sell or trade once in a while without such a loss as you would have with a motorized RV. 3) There is more things on a Class A to worry about and bigger expenses. 4) We have been looking at the 33’ Airstream Classic because of it’s large bathroom that the other Airstreams do not have PLUS there is less to go wrong and worry about with the Airstream than other RVs. You don’t have slides to worry about either and when you pull over or dry camp, you have access to everything just as you would any other time. Most fifth wheels make it challenging to get to certain areas when the slides are in. 5) That being said...Michelle and I literally work all week long and a mot of times into the nights and then when the weekend comes, we are always gone using that time to explore and shoot video. It’s literally the only time we have to explore and record unless we take time off. Therefore, we don’t have the need of a bigger living space. When we retire we may change. Those are our main reasons but the list goes on as it does with the pros and cons of all RVs. Hope that helps. 😊🤓
I had one of my long comments and then the video froze :(. Glad yall didn’t see any ghosts! Lol Would like to hear how Vegas seemed. We had a trip planned for November, but cancelled.
We’re glad we didn’t see any ghosts either!! 👻 Vegas is different in some ways. Mask wearing is a must but people don’t pay attention to the social distance especially on the Strip. And it’s still pretty busy on the weekends. But there are a lot of restaurants and stores that are closed still and some have reduced hours and close early in the evening, more so during the week. There are not any shows or concerts running (although we just heard on the news this week that they are going to start opening up a few shows). There is definitely a different “vibe” down on the Strip than what we’ve seen in past years. However we have not had any bad experiences there.
Would Hand Sanitizer work at removing Eucalyptus Sap? It works for pine. Idk which is worse. Pine isn't fun. AS covered this summer and also truck like it rained out....it took 2 months of working on it.
Thanks for sharing. For safety - I wish you would mount your camera on the dash so you don't have to take your eyes off the road and keep looking back at the camera.
It’s to give a partial road view for the viewers also and not to worry, I am very careful and never when I am directly and closely behind someone. Thanks for your caring heart though. 🧡😊🤓
HI.BRIAN AND MICHELLE. I'M SCOTT FROM TALLAHASSEE. FL. ME AND MY WIFE TAMMY BOUGHT A TIFFIN 40FT. PHAETON DEISEL. ABOUT A YEAR AGO. WERE NOT FULL TIMERS YET .BUT WE GET UP EVERY SATURDAY MORNING WAITING ON YOUR VIDEOS .WE LOVE THEM. YALL ARE DEFINITELY THE BEST UA-camRS. I LOVE YOUR RVISION. AND YOUR OUTLOOK ON LIFE. SO KEEP GOING FOR YOUR DREAM..I CAN WATCH YOUR VIDEOS ALL DAY OVER AN OVER..I LOVE RVING AS MUCH AS YALL DO..THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES..TO COME.
Hi Scott! 👋 Thank you so much for the kind words! It truly makes our day (and our week!) when fine folks like yourself and your wife Tammy find our videos helpful and entertaining. Thank you so much for watching and maybe we will get to meet you someday when you’re out on the road. Take care, stay safe and stay healthy! See ya next week! 🧡😁🤓
Stayed at the Las Vegas TT before, won’t do it again. Very shady area, with a lot of shady people. Would definitely look for some where else to stay. Stopped at Peggy Sues for a milkshake.
We’ve stayed at LVTT before too. Agree, it’s not in the best area of the city but we’ve never had any problems there or felt scared or uncomfortable. Most everyone is there to stay and go enjoy the city and surrounding area and don’t usually spend time within the park. How was your milkshake at Peggy Sue’s? Thanks for watching Joe! 🧡😁🤓
@@LivinRVision I have watched most if not all but I do have to watch at 2X speed cuz if I didn't I'd have to not watch so many good channels or get a divorce from my wife. I like the one I have so I choose high speed and I'll admit sometimes I sneak watching a couple in bed late at night and sometimes fall asleep.
Thanks for sharing. That’s where we always go for fuel when we come to Vegas (Costco) and pretty much anywhere. They usually do. Sometimes Sam’s Club is cheaper but we rarely go there.
When you belong to thousand trails do you have to pay anything when you stay at one of their parks? We will be starting our full time RV lifestyle in 30 days.
Great question and the answer is no, EXCEPT for a few parks that charge an extra $3 a day for 50 amp service. Most of the TT places we have stayed at do NOT charge anything extra. Other than that it is free/comes with your membership. There are a small few that will charge extra for incoming mail but not many. Oh yes, Cottonwood, AZ charged $5 a day extra for 50 amp service. That’s the only one we know of that charged that much. The few that do charge for 50 amp, you could always use 30 amp for free if you don’t need the 50 amp. If you have two AC units, you can install a “soft start” in your ACs and then you can run both off 30 amp.
It pains me to see others make the same mistakes I have when it comes to eating Peggy Sue’s Sorry for the same experience I’ve had there but I’ve tried to give it the benefit of the doubt 3 times. Always below average. It’s sad to choose McDonalds breakfast over a diner but I do when passing thru Barstow
Thanks so much for your honest review of it Neal! And glad to hear we aren’t the only ones that felt the same. However, as far as RV overnights go, it was a decent parking lot, level, and was easy access to the interstate. So not a total loss, 😂 Thanks for watching!
We are interested in the fuel app you see in this video..however, when we tried to sign up, we received a message that you had to be invited. How did you get an invite? Love your videos! Can’t wait to see what type of RV y’all get!
Great question - you have to sign up with TSD in order to get the discounts and use the app. We have a link in our description. Simply tell them LivinRVision referred you. Here is the link: www.tsdlogistics.com/services/fuel-program Let us know if you have any questions. We were skeptical at first as many are because it sounds too good to be true but it is legit and what a lot of trucking companies use also.
No-go on THAT milkshake combo. We’re sure a “normal or regular” shake would have been better there! 😂 Oh the DQ combo is a Blizzard with Butterfinger and Reese PB Cup! It’s the bomb!!
I really do. Flat towing is the best way to go and we knew that at the time we bought the dolly, but we had just bought the car new a few months prior to deciding to sell our house and go full time in an RV and didn’t want to take the hit on the car by trying to sell or trade it. Then once we decided to do all this, it went quick. Never imagined our lives would change so quickly. Thankfully it all worked out very well. 😊
Hey guys. I have just started watching your Vlog's recently, so I'm a little behind on the details of your journey, but I wanted to ask why your are thinking of selling your Vinnie and getting something else. Smaller, larger, less expensive, built in Ice cream machine??? We have a Class A now, and have had Class C's and even vans. I think I understand why you've ditched the dolly. Just interested in your thoughts. P.S. My wife has been eyeing an airstream also but I am not convinced.
Hey! 👋 Welcome to the Visionary Gang! We have a lot of different reasons, but the main ones are Michelle’s comfort level driving the Class A. We are also looking for less worries, no slides, etc. Class As are very nice but they have a lot of big expenses to keep up with also over time. Vinny has been very good to us and is a quality built coach. The 33’ Classic interested us because of the large bathroom/shower it has and no need to have a dually truck. No slides, not near as many expensive parts to worry about as you have with a Class A. We have some other ideas also but it’s too soon to tell what we will do at this point. You will see that we discuss some of these things in a few of our videos. We basically want less stress, especially since we both work so much with little time to keep up with the RV to-do list.
Hey Brian! Great video. What do ya'll think about your TT membership? Do you mind if I ask what level ya'll have? I'm thinking about it, but it's quite an investment. Do you find it easy to make your reservations or do you have always look 30 days or more down the road? Keep the great work!! I look forward to your weekly videos!!!
👋 No worries at all, we don’t mind. In fact, if you have question(s) - please ask. We are always honest about everything we review and use whether we like it or not and the TT membership is a DEFINITE yes! Would we buy a new membership if we were to start all over again? Absolutely NOT. We would still buy a resale/used. We have a VIP membership. We bought it from Kim at Campground Membership Outlet and paid a fraction of what a new membership would be now PLUS we feel that we have a better membership than the new ones. We’re sure TT doesn’t want us saying this, but it’s the truth. They try to make their new memberships look better but there are some caveats they won’t tell you. Kim is your best resource to explain these things. You can not resell a used membership and you can a new membership, but what good does that do if you pay 2, 3 or 4 times the money for a new and you can only sell it for less than half of what you originally bought it for. For us, we saved the money we spent on the TT membership in the first 4 months. We only pay our yearly dues of $565 each year now, which is less than staying at most places for just 2-3 weeks and maybe a month at some others. We also choose to add the Trails Collection for another $299 a year which gives us even more free resorts to stay at, enables us to go back and fourth in some same areas from TT to Encore without driving a long distance as well as stay at some very expensive places for only $20 a night - like in the Florida Keys which is typically way over $100 a night. We do find it very easy to make our reservations and in the last two years we have not had one single place that we could not get into. It’s all about making your reservations as soon as your membership will allow you to - and if you decide to cancel later to change your plans, then you can with no charges to do so. We can book our reservations with TT 120 days out and 60 days out with Encore. I think Zone passes are different but we do not have experience with Zone passes and do not recommend those for someone that is full time. Even though you can not stay at a TT in much of the Midwest, it is still very worthwhile. Once you pay for the initial cost of...say for example, $3,600ish for a resale and stay at a TT the first 4 months, then you have got your money’s worth. Now from that point forward you only pay your dues of around $565ish a year...and as you can see, you get your money’s worth in just one month! So you can now stay at other places besides TT and not feel like you didn’t get your money’s worth. We stay at TT campgrounds/resorts 90-95% of each year. Hope this helps and if you need more info, don’t be afraid to email Kim. She NEVER pressures anyone and ALWAYS does her best to help no matter what is best for you and she will tell you if she thinks you should buy directly from TT if your situation would be best served doing so. Thank you so much for the kind words and we hope we have been helpful! 🧡😊🤓
I laughed when you said the name of the Mexican restaurant was, "Me chokin", but then I realized you might be serious, "Me Chi Wa Kan". I only know this from all the Cheech and Chong movies I watched back in the 70's & 80's. Really enjoy watching your videos, safe travels.
😂 Yeah we were serious because we asked the waitress and then we found out different. I think it was how she said it that sounded that way. So then we looked it up and it said it was pronounced (mee-chaw-ah-kahn) All close enough. 😂 Those old Cheech and Chong movies were hilarious! Thanks so much Scott! 😊🤓
Las Vegas was your home town? My favorite Mexican restaurant is MisArados, in Sparta, N.C. which is about 10 miles from Independence, Virginia(I live). It's family owned. Brian & Michelle, Dinner looked deliucious! I too love Chicken Fajitas! Adding to the eeriness of the Calico Ghost Town was the slow moving birds looking like they were peeking for something to pop out. Hated PeggySue's wasn't as good, nor your milkshake concoction. My Granny loved Grape Soda, Grape & Kool-aid. I loved Thom Tucker Mint Gingerale. I doubt they even make it today. You both get to see some beautiful places. Thank you both for sharing these wonderful videos with me. I Look forward to next week. Have a good week & be safe.
Hi Kimberly! 👋 No, we’re not from Las Vegas but we’ve been there so many times (even before RVing) that we feel like we’re home when we go back. We just like the entire area, so much to see and do even off the Strip and away from the casinos (because we don’t gamble). Those birds in Calico were just weird!! 😂 We should have tried the pizza at Peggy Sue’s. It was a bummer that we didn’t even get a good milkshake. That was our fault for taking that gal’s suggestion. 😂 We hope you have a great week. As always, thanks again for watching and we will see ya next week! 🧡
Us too! Oh, I somehow missed answering your question. No, Las Vegas was not our home town. Michelle said she felt like we were back home because we have spent so much time there over the years and have been to that restaurant so many times. We did actually think of moving to Vegas before we started this full time RV life. We were looking at the Summerlin and Henderson areas.
At 25:44 of the video, there were 3 something, looked like bright light poles, out in a field, were they lights or what? Thanks! Enjoyed the video as always.
I think you are talking about the Ivanpah Solar Electric Generating System, a concentrated solar thermal plant that is located in California, across the state line from Primm, Nevada. Thanks for watching Brent!
We got them at Costco, a package of 3 masks. One size fits all. We like them better than the first ones we had in the beginning of COVID that we got in Florida.
You will notice in most of our prior videos that we did and then right before selling our Motorhome and car, we sold the dolly to prepare for the sale. Go back further and you will also see/hear that we bought the car right before we knew that we were going to do this lifestyle, so we had to go with a dolly instead of losing money on the car to trade for something to pull 4 down. 👍🏻😊🤓
It must be Saturday morning. Another good one, thanks.
Thank you! 😊🤓

It’s a bummer that everything was closed! But going down in the mine is really interesting. Even when it’s over 100 degrees at the surface, down in the mine it’s almost downright cold!
I bet! We were bummed it was closed. We love to explore caves too and always so cool in them like a mine. Been a while since we’ve been to one.
Great video guys, one of my favorite Saturday morning things to do is catching the next video from you. Keep up the good work and safe travels.
Thank you! Glad to hear! 🧡😊🤓
Just adore you 2 you make my heart smile . Love your honest reviews
Aww thank you so much Amy! 🧡😊🤓
Cool gift shop!
Thank you for taking me on you adventures . I love it. Love all the places you visit. You two are great....

OMG it’s sooo delicious! 🤓 🍨
Thank you so much. You are the only one to reply to my question. God bless you both.
You are very welcome!
It’s an awesome place, there’s also a lot of OHV (off highway Vehicle) trails. Safe travels
Yes there are! Thanks for watching! 🧡😁🤓

Hi guys, that Mexican place looked amazing and authentic! If I am in that area I will definitely have to remember it! Safe travels!!
Not only is the food great but their service is the best! We love it there! 👍🏻😁🤓
Great video thanks for taking us along
Thank you! 😊🤓
Enjoy the video thanks for sharing. The Ghost town was pretty cool. The Mexican food definitely look good.
Glad you enjoyed it Denny. Thanks for watching! 🧡😁🤓
thank you for showing calico.. i was born and raised in barstow and my parents would take us every year for calico days...i remember tying to get the money at the top of the greased flag pole at the school house... havent been there in over 35 years it really looks different.. hope you got to see the uneven house and the house made of bottles.. save travels
Thanks for sharing your story. We absolutely love hearing stories like this! We did not know about the uneven house or bottle house there. May have to return, especially after everything is back to normal. 👍🏻😊🤓
Great video
Thanks! 😊🤓
Y’all activate my wander-lust to the n’th degree! Thanks for bringing us along.
That’s great to hear David! So glad you’re enjoying the ride!! 🧡😁🤓
We have blown past where Peggie Sue's is supposed to be twice now. On our list to visit. Maybe we'll wait til post Covid. Calico looks more interesting than I would have assumed. Looks like a cool weather best stop. Appreciate this video.
We felt both were worth the stop to see at least once. Thanks for watching! 😁🤓
Thank you! 😊🤓 Wow! Very interesting! Ready for all electric RVs!
@@LivinRVision Hydrogen-powered! !

Awesome job thank you!!
Thank you!
Hi guys! Great video! Thanks for the tour of Peggy Sue's and the ghost town. I've fueled at the TA in Vegas a couple times and saved almost $40 each time! Enjoy your time in Vegas! 😎💚
Thanks! We sure wish we had the TSD card sooner than we did get it. Unbelievable how much it saves!
Nice video have a good weekend.
Thank you Wes, you too! 🧡😁🤓
Enjoyed watching you enjoy your time here in my part of the world, sad to see you go. I live about ten minutes from TT Menifee.
Safe travels to you and looking forward to your coming adventures.
We enjoyed our stay in that area. Close proximity to lots of things to see and do. Thanks for watching! 🧡😁🤓
I really like your channel. We are looking for a type of RV in about 2 years. I really like the way you picked out Vinney and am watching to see what you end up with !! On another channel, the couple has had 4 other campers but, has ended up with Airstream.
So glad you have enjoyed our adventures! It’s good to start looking and doing research early. There’s lots of info out there.
Happy Holidays! 🧡😁🤓
Low fuel
light on for last 40 miles and the gauge said we had about 70 miles in fuel left.
Lol
The Quirkies and the blands - Always an adventure that's just how you have to look at it.

👍🏻 the ghost town was a pleasant surprise for us. We didn’t have plans to go there.
Another great video. It was fun to watch.
Thanks! 😊🤓
I enjoy your informative videos.....Have you ever been to any Harvest Host locations near Tehachapi or Victorville areas (So Cal)?
Glad you enjoyed! Thanks! We have not been to any of those two.
Thanks again guys
I just love your shows!
Your channel is my all time favorite ❤ I know I say it every time but its true.
Any word on the new gig?
Thanks again
Thank you so much Mike! That means a lot to us both! 🧡😊🤓
We get so down on ourselves and wish we had the time to make them better, so please keep saying it! 😂
Nothing new on a new RV.
Great vid ya'll.
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it! 😊🤓
Very interesting, thanks for sharing, Wendy!
Yeah, we were wishing Peggy Sue’s was better.
Just what you wanted to see Calvin!! 😃 Were so glad you enjoyed the vid! 🧡
Whether the food or pie is good or not, it’s always good that we tried. Hopefully it will get better there. We would definitely stop again for an overnight if needed and try something different there to show our appreciation. Makes it hard because we have to be honest when reviewing, but we feel bad at the same time.
Brian that was just plain hateful when you teased Michelle with the milkshake.
😂 We “may” of staged that a tad. 🤪😂🤣
You guys are too funny! Put a quarter in a slot machine for me. Hawkeye football today.
Not big gamblers here but we can sacrifice a quarter. 🤪😉 Omg, I forgot about the game! 😳 Go hawks!
Did you play my quarter yet? Bad game for the Hawks last week. Looking good so far this week. Go Hawks!
No not yet but I played a dollar with no luck. We didn’t get to watch the game last week or this week. Hoping they get the win today. Go Hawks!!
Fun stuff, you two, really enjoyed that!
Thanks guys! Glad to hear you enjoyed! 🧡😊🤓
Hi Cindy! Welcome! We sure would like to go back to Calico sometime after this has all passed by so that we can see more. Sounds like a good time!
I was waiting to see Victorville, but didn’t see you mention it...did I miss it?
Calico used to be a real ghost town, and really fun. Seems they commercialized it. That’s sad.
We must not have mentioned it when we went through Victorville.
Calico was a little touristy, as like many historical places nowadays.
We probably would
of just drove right past it and found a Wal Mart or somewhere else to stay overnight if it wasn’t listed.
You are correct Michael! You should have seen that same wording in the video where we explained just that.
Thanks for watching! 🧡😁🤓
@@LivinRVision guess I missed that part.
We will definitely miss it but the new rig should fit our needs better. Maybe someday when we retire, we may go back to a Class A. Time will tell.
PIE 🥧 YESSSSS 😋😋
Woohoo pie!! Too bad I did NOT choose wisely! 🤓
We went to Calico on our way back to PA. Got to see a gun fight while we were there. We enjoyed our visit there.
It was fun and worth the stop. Glad you enjoyed it there as well. 😁🤓
Good to know, thanks for sharing! 👍🏻😊🤓
Where in NH are you? Long ago I lived in West Deering, went to school in Hillsboro, and my parents had a camp on Highland Lake in Washington.
Like the Las Vegas golden knights shirt on way here to Vegas.
There are a lot of reasons and just as you mentioned about getting in and out of RV parks etc would be more challenging...there are many pros and cons to every RV. Not one single RV is the best choice for everyone. A few of our reasons are as follows;
1) Michelle’s comfort level driving a Class A.
Vegas is different in some ways.
Not sure but worth looking into.
Oh wow! 😳 Sorry to hear that!

We absolutely loved this latest video. It is one of the best you two have made. You had us giggling all the way through. Congrats! on a great video.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you very much! 🧡😊🤓
Have I never noticed before in your videos that you drive separately or did something happen to your tow bar/dolly?
they sold Dolly a while ago. In preparation for a new RV/Toad I think.
What? You don’t watch ALL of our videos?! 🤪😂🤣😉 Just kidding...riding the road is correct. 👍🏻😊🤓
Sams club or Costco has the best fuel prices in Vegas. FYI.
So not a total loss, 😂
Thanks for watching!
Here is the link: www.tsdlogistics.com/services/fuel-program
Let us know if you have any questions. We were skeptical at first as many are because it sounds too good to be true but it is legit and what a lot of trucking companies use also.
@@LivinRVision, we already have the card. We just can’t figure out how to access the app. Our email will not work.
You probably should call TSD to figure out what’s going on. Let us know what the issue was. Curious to find out.
So the milkshake combo was a no go? What was the DQ fav?
No-go on THAT milkshake combo. We’re sure a “normal or regular” shake would have been better there! 😂

Lemon Meringue 😋😋
Normally I like Lemon Meringue pie 🥧 🤓
Don’t you miss Michelle riding with you? We flat tow. I know you are looking for a new rig.
Wow!! Thanks Brian!!! Really appreciate you taking the time to give a in-depth response! You and Michelle ROCK!!!
You’re very welcome! 😊🤓
Those old Cheech and Chong movies were hilarious! Thanks so much Scott! 😊🤓
Steak and Shake happy hour milk shakes during the week are half price!!🥰👍💯plus free French fries per person!😇
Hmmm...It’s been years since either of us has been to a steak and Shake! Fries are my weakness and the shakes are definitely Michelle’s! 😂
Question. @ Calico can the America The Beautiful Pass be used?
Great question, but no it can not. That pass is used mainly for National Parks/National Monuments.
@@LivinRVision thanks
You’re very welcome!
We hope you have a great week. As always, thanks again for watching and we will see ya next week! 🧡
@@LivinRVision I so very much look forward to it!
@@LivinRVision thanks so much, never heard or seen anything like it.
We had not either 😊
We are in Vegas now. What is your favorite pie place?
Haven’t found it yet! 😂
😳😂🤪🙌🏼
👍🏻😁🤓
Where did you get your mask? Does it come in large?
We got them at Costco, a package of 3 masks. One size fits all. We like them better than the first ones we had in the beginning of COVID that we got in Florida.
Why don't you hook up your car to the motor home?
You will notice in most of our prior videos that we did and then right before selling our Motorhome and car, we sold the dolly to prepare for the sale. Go back further and you will also see/hear that we bought the car right before we knew that we were going to do this lifestyle, so we had to go with a dolly instead of losing money on the car to trade for something to pull 4 down. 👍🏻😊🤓
