- Thank you to O’Reilly Auto Parts for the tickets! This was my first time attending the Grand National Roadster Show and wow… it was easily the greatest hot rod show I’ve ever been to. Classic cars, muscle cars, traditional hot rods, rat rods, trucks, lowriders, racecars and more!
You guys go to the coolest car shows.

When you go outside and see the rear engine van...I think that is the same van on roadkill. I believe that's the guy who traded Freiburger a drive unit for the rear engine in Stubby Bob. Thanks for sharing. Very interesting video.
Do you still have the ohc in line 6 ? if you want to get rid of it let me know.
Sand the roughness down enough on your Tempest's patina to spray clearcoat over top with a bit of black and blue pearl flake added.
First coat with blue flake misted, second coat with black, third coat with clear only.
I used to HATE green cars. For some reason, in the last couple of years, it's really grown in me. It can't be dark, 1974 green though.
PATENA IS RUST SAND YOUR CAR AND PANT IT .BACK IN THE DAY EVEN WIN WE COULD NOT AFORD TO PANT ARE CARS WE AT LEAST PRIMERD THEM.

That van with blower motor mounted in rear has a “V” drive. Used in boats ( noisy )
It's sad that these cars will NEVER get driven like all cars should
What a Great video! I like these kinds where we get to go along with!! How about the Five Nine??? What a paint job!! The lowrider people really have pride in their cars! I would imagine the painter has to smoke some pretty good bud to come up with designs and patterns like that. Not sure but I think the Oakland Roadster show is the oldest and biggest show of this type. Maybe you can take us to that one too? Great Job!!

In Chicago we have the MCACN show in November. That's Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals. That's a great show. But, nothing compares to the show you went to, in Sunny Califonia no less.

O,Reilly certainly found the right girl for the job.She makes you feel the buzz as she checks out the cars Like she is totally drawn to the right stuff,The hotrod and lowrider areas are especially kool.I liked when the good ol, boys offer her a beer,and the leaking cars were like a badge of honour!
Ah, how cool was that!!! Like ya say, absolutely something for everyone. So great that y’all got to make it over there with friends and have a great time. Impossible to pick a favorite😃. Hey Liv, What would be cool is, to be there when the show is over. Just to watch the cars leaving would be awesome. I see you like the same cars I do. The 59 & 60 Chevys are cool. Take care and be safe.

The National Roadster Show began life aloooooooong time ago as the Oakland Roadster Show. NorCal has a monster hot rod culture. There are a TON of great builders up here. Keep on keepin on! Your videos are a ton of fun!
