Doesn't a person have to sign for a certified letter?, sounds like someone is trying to get in the backdoor after the fact, also aren't these lien sales that are three months in default?
The reason I bring up the three months is that would definitely be in the lease agreement and would be valid wether or not they got a certified letter.
You are correct on all points. The certified letter, and the renter is usually behind a couple months to begin with.
