How can you tell if the fluid is low? Or is there a place in the settings that tells u the fluid level?
Great question! If it doesn’t squirt, I know that it’s out :) With that said, I just top off my windshield washer fluid weekly when I wash my car and I never have to worry about it getting low.

What a weird position for the container for washer fluid! Do you know how large it is? I just used 2,5 liters (0,7 gallon for you americans) and it is still not full! (A5 2020 here)
No clue. This car became afflicted by electronics issues and Audi didn't have parts to repair it. I drive a 2021 VW Jetta now and zero issues so far.
I just filled an rs5 (same body and capacity I would assume) I don’t know how much was left but my guess is 4 liter tank.
That’s not a A8. And it doesn’t even look like it’s AWD. That’s a shitter! 💩💩💩💩💩

I tried a couple times on different days to find this with no luck, and as soon as you showed me in the video it stuck out from a mile away 😂😂

You’re welcome! Audi did an excellent job hiding where to put the washer fluid and also hid the heated mirrors quite well!
@@IrixGuy I haven’t fully got to grips with the tech in the car yet as it’s only two weeks old. Finding how to reset the trip odometer is also not easy! The only vid I could find showed you need to go to the fuel display and press the wheel button and “reset mileage” is an option, my menu didn’t have that option! It’s a small button obscured by the steering wheel just beneath the indicator lever that has 0.0 on it. Maybe you could do a vid on that? Good luck with the channel. Subscribed 👍🏼

I am A master automotive technician for 40 years. I just completed an oil change tire rotation, front brake service and drive belt on a 2018 Audi A5 Quattro. I have never seen a vehicle so poorly designed in my life. From the lug bolt caps, and lug bolt assemblies to the washer fluid location to the oil drain and fill procedure not to mention the numerous covers. This is one friend I am Willing to lose this customer before I ever work on this vehicle or any like vehicle again!
That’s great to hear! My only gripe with Volkswagen Audi Group (“VAG”) has been electronics issues. Both Audis and both Volkswagens that I purchased brand new were all plagued by electronics issues. I drive an Acura Integra now and the quality control is top-notch. Based upon my experiences with VAG electronics and your comments regarding the mechanical, I will never purchase another VAG vehicle again. Also, if I ever become extremely wealthy, I will never purchase a Lamborghini or Bentley. Thank you for sharing this!
