2. Final selection hone pr kya dv me obc cast certificate many nhi kiya authority ne to mark general category k barabr ho to general me selection milega?

One family pension of her Late son (died in service) in and second family pension of her late husband?

Sir, a government employee is going to retire in coming month and his vigilance clearance is withheld as an anonymous complaint is pending against him. Kindly advise whether pension and other benefits can be withheld of any Govt. Employee if any complaint is pending against him whereas no RDA is pending or contemplate against him. No criminal case is also pending is against him. Internal vigilance section is withheld his clearance on account of anonymous complaint and his pension case cannot be process. What to do and what is the rule position.
