Awesome recipe I tried at home and it turned out to be very good. I just used tamarind instead of amchur/anardana as I didn't had at home. But still it was super yummy . Spicy and tangy. Boil the danthal until the middle part is mushy then scrape it off from the woody part, now cut onions into finely chopped pieces, add it the mixture of mushy part of boiled danthal add a bit of potato starch if it's too watery spices of ur wish and pan fry it mind blowing taste plz try this recipe..
