Firstly fantastic video, really enjoyed it and great to see your enthusiasm for the little Amiga console. I've owned mine more or less since launch and I love it, one of my favourite systems and absolutely my favourite Amiga. As for recommendations, well... I could go on for hours but if I had to pick a few games to show off the console I'd probably pick: Beneath a Steel Sky. Point and click adventure, awesome game and one of the first with a fully voiced soundtrack. Banshee. Vertical shooter with beautiful smooth graphics. Fightin Spirit. In my opinion the definitive Amiga beat em up. Fantastic graphics, great animations and a cd audio soundtrack. Chaos Engine. Top down shooter, personally I think it's better than Alien Breed. The CD32 version makes good use of the AGA chipset, looks awesome. You mentioned kart racers, a great Amiga kart racer is Xtreme racing. It didn't get a CD32 port (I don't think so) and to be honest needs an accelerator but is worth looking into. Speaking of accelerators the CD32 can be easily expanded with one of the terrible fire expansions. Either a simple memory expansion or 030 accelerator. Both will give you ide so you can run essentially any Amiga game from a hard drive. Should you decide to go that route or want any more info on it I'd be more than happy to help. Sorry for the extremely long winded comment but as you can probably tell I have a lot of love for the wee Amiga console.
I have been an Amiga gamer since 1989. I must say that your enthusiasm is VERY refreshing! Bump'n'Burn is probably best described as... OK. Not great, not terrible. The Tower Assault disk is ace - you did not mention it comes with Alien Breed II as a bonus (I recently completed this - without cheating, woo). And your enthusiasm for the Speris Legacy made me smile. And unless I am mistaken CD32 Flink has levels that were cut from the subsequent Megadrive releases - so the CD32 is the definitive version! It is possible to download a Turrican compilation disk which is nice (I don't think it was ever actually released?) Also, I am the proud owner of the Frontier big box CD32 edition. It comes with lots of manuals, etc. and Frontier definitely seems like a game to have the docs for. Tbh their are lots of classic (and many not so classic) games available on CD32. I consider the machine one of the best ways to play Amiga games these days...
I think you meant to say the "Spear-is Legacy" not the "Sep-ris Legacy". No big deal, great video as usual 🤗🤗🤗 I've played Speris Legacy, I played it back in 1996/7 and I've got it on my Hard Drive on the 1200, I've never really got stuck into it but maybe it's time I should.
Awesome to see an Amiga getting some attention. Assuming that the CD32's video out is the same as the 500's RF (aerial) port, if you want to record footage without modding the computer it may be worth using an old video tape machine to run via, effectively giving you composite RCAs for a capture card. PS, I first discovered you when Metal Jesus featured you in his videos - watched and subbed from there.
Still got my Amiga cd32 from launch with an fmv cart, only cannon fodder uses that. New games have come out like power glove and road avenger, which is a very good version with different sound tracks. I have compilation discs from 100’s of Amiga 500 games Disney and turican trilogy. Bubber and stix is one you should try, microcosm isn’t too bad but still looks nice. You can upgrade the machine and will run doom perfectly and alien breed 3D in full screen. Get a keyboard mouse and disc drive and it’s a Amiga 1200. Also plays CDtv games like the town with no name. Ask me anything a have a big collection, oh pick up demo discs some really show what it can do.
Always amazing content it's just surprise how you haven't sky rocked in subs because nobody does this type of content you Gemma. #Gemma1millionsubs. You deserve it
I recently purchased a CD32 from Fleabay, complete with Terrible Fire extension in the back, which adds an additional 8 meg of ram, and has ports to add a keyboard and rgb etc, and inside it has a compact flash hard drive with tons of games and other goodies installed! With all that going on, it turns your CD32 into an Amiga 1200 (it basically already is one inside anyway) with an additional CD rom drive, and it is a fantastic set up!! Add to that it was refurbed/recapped, had a new laser installed and other bits! I spent silly money on it but I thought what the hell ha ha :-D It's not the first CD32 that I own however, my other one I bought years ago at a Cash Generator store, but it has had a problem for a while now, where if I plug my joypad in, it will constantly keep pushing left as though i'm pressing it when i'm actually not, it's very annoying and the console powers up running fine otherwise...anyone have any ideas what would cause such a problem? I even bought a brand new CD32 joypad years ago to see if that would help, but it just did the same, ruling out that it is a problem with the pad itself!! Anyway games that I own for the console are... Universe, - (a cool point and click style adventure). Simon The Sorcerer, - (another wonderful point and click adventure, with great voice over acting provided by none other than Chris Barrie :O ) Guardian. - (no explaining needed obviously :-D ) The Chaos Engine, - (brill shooter which is pretty much the same as on the standard Amiga 500, but has a wonderful fully voiced intro sequence, which obviously was impossible to do on standard Amiga computers!) Alien Breed Special Edition and Qwak on the same CD - (not much different to standard Amiga versions but great games all the same!!) Disposable Hero (is a cool shoot em up on standard Amiga machines, but i've not actually played the CD32 version yet :-D ) Jetstrike - (this is another i've not really played yet, but it's described as The no1 flight action game from Rasputin...another for me to sit down and check out properly :-D ) Super Stardust - (A fantastic shoot em up Asteroids style, but way more souped up, with brill graphics and sound, not just on Amiga 500, but even better on CD32!!). All of the above games I mostly bought at a local car boot sale we used to have round here many years ago, and i'm glad I kept hold of most of them to be honest, and they were dirt cheap to buy back then!! I often look at what's available on Fleabay for CD32, but I agree with you Gemma that prices are just ridiculous, although if you dig deep enough, you can find some reasonably priced bargains sometimes!! I did actually own Jungle Strike aswell for the CD32, but during a spell a few years ago when I was out of work. I ended up selling it on, yes you guessed it, Fleabay, and it was fully packaged in a huge Amiga style game box, with manual present etc, and looked great with the cool looking Ocean software logo plastered all over it, and now that i've got a fully working machine I regret selling it now :( Oh well i've prattled on long enough...enjoy gaming on your CD32 Gemma, and I will enjoy continuing to explore more games on mine :) Keep up the great work with your videos and keep on enjoying this wonderful hobby :-D
The Amiga CD32 is the one console the US all but absolutely missed out on. I'm so jealous that you can just wonder into a shop and find one while I've never even seen one in person. (Commodore had the Amiga rights in the US and owed the US Commerce Dept money from tariffs so they couldn't unload them at US ports. This forced them to reroute most of the supply to Europe or Canada.)
Back in the day, I got the CD32 new (yes aging myself). My biggest tech regret is selling my CD32 not long after Commodore went bust, I was also going to sell my 2000 though came to my senses and didn't sell it and still have it to this day :) I can not remember all the games I had for the CD32, wasn't many though Zool was one of them.
Yeah the Amiga CD32 had many good games, i own 43 original Amiga CD32 games, and play them still, with my little nephew. My games are now: Alfred Chicken Alien Breed: Tower Assault Alien Breed 3D Banshee Beneath a Steel Sky Bubba 'n' Stix Cannon Fodder Chuck Rock II: Son of Chuck Dangerous Street Deep Core Diggers Disposable Hero Fire & Ice Front Elite II Gloom Gunship 2000 Heimdall 2 James Pond 2 Jungle Strike Kid Chaos Lamborghini American Challenge Libration Little Divil Microcosm Morph Nick Faldos Golf Championship Oscar Pinball Fantasies Pinball Illusions Skeleton Krew Simon the Sorcerer Superfrog Super Stardust Syndicate Supper Skidmark The Chaos Engine The Labyrinth of Time Trolls Universe Wing Commander Worms Zool Zool 2
Amazing video, the Amiga in general slipped my scope of gamign when it was a thing, but I was in the States when it was active, This video breaks down a lot of great releases I would have missed. I look forward to checking them all out.
Speris Legacy is essentially the Amiga's Zelda clone. Everybody had one. Soleil/Crusader Of Centy on Genesis/Mega Drive, Golvellius and Golden Ax Warrior on Master System, Neutopia on Turbografx-16, Alundra on PS1, you get the idea. It's okay. One of the lesser Zelda clones, honestly. But still fun. I love Zelda clones. I would recommend Dragonstone and Darkmere. Darkmere is an isometric action adventure game with some RPG flavor and Dragonstone is an action adventure RPG that also reminds me of Zelda. I would love to find more RPGs for Amiga systems that aren't first person dungeon crawlers (tho I do love those) and action adventure/RPG hybrids but it seems there aren't that many
You need to get the game "the town with no name". It's hilariously bad and hilariously funny at the same time!!!! 😂 A must buy for Amiga cd32. Anywhooooz! Keep up the good work. Love your content ☺️ x
Thank you for showing all these games. I was always curious about this console since I’m in the U.S. By the way, what is that cool pixel display/clock on your shelf in the background? If you dummy mind me asking, how much was it and where can I find one?
I've always been interested in the Amiga CD32. Bump N' Burn looks like a cross between Super Mario Kart and Super Hang On. I'd get it if I had a CD32. Great video as always Gemma😎
the alien breed 3d broder was an excuse to have a smaller resolution since the game wouldn't run efficiently on any larger resolution. Same as they did with doom on the megadrive 32x and snes. If you have the 3mb chip + fast version of the cd32 you could probably do a few more pixels, but they had to market it towards the original version, hence the bezel.
@@graylappo5089 well, i have no clear idea of how much this would be worth, with 6 included cd's among which a VERY EXCLUSIVE GAME that i can't find anything about anymore , namely microproses Liberation_1. A supercool game noir. Other games are cannon fodder, pinball fantasies, Zool , tower assault (two games on one disc by team 17) , and the included with cd 32 disc containing Oscar and Digger. But the Liberation alone is worth plenty i'm guessing. I also have them copied to *.iso's. except the oscar/diggers which can't be ripped. I don't know the going price at this time. And they all come in original format with included manuals if there are any. Just need to blow of the dust and they're good to go.

The reason why I never got a CD32 was that, just like the Amiga 1200, it needed extra memory added before it would at full speed. Normally due to a an oversight by Commodore the Amiga 1200 and CD32 with only 2mb of RAM the custom chips hog the memory and the CPU is blocked half the time so you end up with 7mhz system. Cheap to add extra memory to an Amiga computer.....
I swear earlier I was gonna ask whens more amiga content coming ..love amiga ...lovin the kobra kai t ..how retro was that 👌..alien breed is awsome ,the gun sounds are spot on ,atmosphere is ace to
Loved the Amiga 500+,I swapped it for a mega cd. I had good memories playing alien breed, worms, syndicate, pinball dreams, terminator and many more games great computer I'd like one again for my games room.
One of my favorites was Bubba 'N Stix on the CD32 (was also first on the Amiga 500) the graphics, the animations, the humor, the puzzels... 🙂 There are 160+ CD32 games, for such a short time console they did there best, but unfortionally Nintendo and SEGA became the leaders....
Great stuff, specially Speris Legacy which is a underrated gem. And regarding 3D, check a new game called DREAD, much smoother than Alien Breed 3D, it's a demo currently but runs even on Amiga 500, on the A1200 and on the CD32 it's just nicer. Oh yeah, the CD32 on the thumb attracted me to the channel. :)
Top 3 Amiga floppy games off the top of my head, Shadow of the Beast 1, Lotus Turbo Challenge 2, Turrican 3. Three console quality games that ran on a 1985 launch Amiga 1000 but cost half the price of a SNES/Megadrive cart. Two of them come on just 1 disk too. You can play the Lotus games on CD32 with the Lotus trilogy (Lotus III runs smoother on CD32/A1200 than earlier Amigas too). Gloom is quite good I think, but then I wasn't the worlds biggest fan of Doom clones or even Doom in 1994 lol. The most impressive/immersive 'interactive movie' type game of the 16bit era was It Came from the Desert, a really complex and long game but with excellent sound and graphics and a great story, there is a CD image you can download and run from CD32/CDTV. Defender of the Crown II on CDTV/CD32 is pretty good but not as good as Desert. Super Stardust is great but I prefer the music in the floppy disk version over CD32. F17 Challenge is probably the best CD32 F1 game, and usually comes on a double pack with Project X shoot em up. Research is fun :)
Alien Breed Tower Assault is a lot more challenging than the first game but still great and definitely getting Street Racer vibes from Bump N Burn, Looks a fun kart racer
Loving the Amiga ecosystem getting more attention. Still play Amiga games now, though mostly on pimiga. Quick question too. Where did the clock behind you come from ? I love it.
Ah the nostalgia! My recommendations for must have CD32 games would be: Pinball Dreams Pinball Fantasies Pinball Illusions Cannon Fodder, the FMV clips alone are worth it and don't forget the lyrics: "(War) never been so much fun (War) never been so much fun (War) never been so much fun (War) never been so much fun, Go up to your brother Kill him with your gun, Leave him lying in his uniform Dying in the sun".
Every time I see Alien Breed 3D I remember how lucky I was to be bought a PC with Doom in 1994. I'd been looking at the more expensive Amiga's for years by that point and even at 12 years old had realized that I was going to end up seriously disappointed with even a 4000/040+HD - there was little I could do with it that I couldn't do with my pimped up 500+ with A570 cd, 3 floppies, ram expansions etc ... didn't ever have a hard disk on the Amiga so that was a revelation on my 486, even with just 420MB :) All the same, on the Amiga I was creating games first in Amos and then Blitz Basic ... on the PC I got into the BBS scene and began coding doors and other utilities in turbo pascal, which seemed just as much fun at the time but looking back I think thats roundabout where I lost my way. I'd always wanted to be a game developer up to that point yet by the time I finished school I was creating websites in PHP, and thats what I ended up doing both during and after Uni ... I wish the resources available today were around back then, I'd definitely be making games today rather than writing bash scripts and ridiculously complex SQL :S Oh! Getting lost there ;) Thanks for showing me a couple of games I'd forgotten about on the CD32! Wonder how they'll run on the Pi !
Yes! Love the CD32! I have Guardian, other great games are: Roadkill Impossible Mission 2025 (one of the greatest cases ever) John Barnes European Football Liberation
You're gonna rub some backs up describing the CD32 as having better sound ( ;P I know, you're referring to the CD music tracks ), but this is certainly an intriguing list. I'll have to check some out on the emulator. Thanks for the video!
Great vid! I bought the CD32 day one and loved Digger's. Sadly like an idiot I sold all my retro collection. I am however re-collecting it all back! Just got a 3do, but I want my 32back☹️ Hopefully I can find a decent CD32 soon. Keep up the good work ☺️
@@johnnyclaimerhaddadin195 I understand why you say that, but when I got my first 3DO on day one, there was nothing like it or close to its power. I went from Sega Megadrive Road rash then to my 3DO road rash and it was awesome at the time! I agree now it's not amazing, but it's all about how it felt on day one. Awesome 👍
I'll be honest. My Amiga knowledge isn't the best. However, I certainly feel that all Amiga games have a certain look to them don't they. Loving the content
hey 👋 you rocks , love to see my CD32 in the spotlight, it a awesome peace of hardware who didn’t shown his possibility in 1993, C= marketing ruined his launch, it was needed a 68030 and more extra ram for competition with doom, but now with a cheap terriblefire card you can have a stunning console . you rocks !! ps: on my channel i made some videos about these console , let’s check it out 👍
Oh, I still have my dad's copy of Tower Assault somewhere. It's in pitiful condition (all scratched, with the box, jewel case and manual missing) but I still have it. The game might have a huge replay value with lots of possible routes, but it actually made the game unbalanced and downright unfair at times, because you can get pretty much anywhere you want from the beginning of the game, even in levels that are supposed to be completed using powerful weaponry and lots of equipment. This and the fact that the game is very stingy with passwords makes it not really entertaining in my opinion. On the bright side : the CD32 version of Tower Assault comes bundled with Alien Breed 2 (which is just a better game, in my opinion), all on the same disk.
Love Amiga more than any other machine but having played Zelda Link to the Past on Snes several times now, Speris Legacy is just awful. Shame because the Amiga could have done something decent
From jump, until sound cards and video cards on the PC, the Amiga blew it away. It came with stereo sound from jump, better graphics and more titles. The PC @ the time of the A500 sounded like a Casio watch alarm.
I prefer Dgeneration on the Amiga, looks better, vintage looks. Speris legacy is pretty but the story isn't as good as Zelda. One that I think is better is Legends.
oh well.. I got an Amiga CD32 , dayone... Sorry to be harsh but .. it was a rip off of an "normal" amiga.... I don't have good memories of this system because most of the games added a nice introduction, sometimes a real CD music .. but most of the time , it was a disappointment. That was the last push from Commodore before its "big sleep"..... Sad....
The CD32 was RUBBISH!!! This is from a 40 something in the UK guy whose friend stupidly sold his Snes to put the money towards one!!! It HAD amazing potential and as a 14 years old kid, how was he to know it was less than 2 years from going under!? But it was a CD ROM Amiga 500 plus and nothing more, bar CD ROM quality music!!! Shame as it was truly ahead of it’s time and I believe outsold the MegaCD in the UK!!!

Both will give you ide so you can run essentially any Amiga game from a hard drive. Should you decide to go that route or want any more info on it I'd be more than happy to help.
Sorry for the extremely long winded comment but as you can probably tell I have a lot of love for the wee Amiga console.
Love your videos and just would like to say you look beautiful in the picture holding the Amiga 32 console 😀
Whats the best way to upscale my amigacd32 to 1080p monitor, Not sure what adapter i need.
Nice clock you have in the background!
AB3D is a absolute classic. Great to see it.
I thought youd disappeared! Either that or my brain had! Great to see another video :)
THUMBS UP.
Jake.
Nice to see the commodore CD32 getting some love
Do you have the Amiga cd32 paint can add on?
Super video Gemma, great t-shirt I love that show
With Lady Decades video that was just released this was the one bit of information I was looking for.
I have many CD32 games , if you play your Old games on that Tv in background , you play them wrong. CRT or LCD 15".
It is possible to download a Turrican compilation disk which is nice (I don't think it was ever actually released?)
Also, I am the proud owner of the Frontier big box CD32 edition. It comes with lots of manuals, etc. and Frontier definitely seems like a game to have the docs for.
Tbh their are lots of classic (and many not so classic) games available on CD32. I consider the machine one of the best ways to play Amiga games these days...
Cool video 😎
Let's goooooo Pete
Roadkill was a fave of mine. I loved the CD32
Bump n burn is seriously awesome, inventive tracks, artwork, fast gameplay, great environmental hazards
dad voice is just too much of a good thing for me 😂😶
I think you meant to say the "Spear-is Legacy" not the "Sep-ris Legacy".
No big deal, great video as usual 🤗🤗🤗 I've played Speris Legacy, I played it back in 1996/7 and I've got it on my Hard Drive on the 1200, I've never really got stuck into it but maybe it's time I should.
Another great video...and btw, just wanted to say that you're absolutely stunning 😍
Arabian Nights and Out to Eat are two of my favorite games on the system. Great platformers.
Got to try Banshee on CD32
Always amazing content it's just surprise how you haven't sky rocked in subs because nobody does this type of content you Gemma. #Gemma1millionsubs. You deserve it
Will have check it out 🎮👍🏼
May I suggest Mean arenas and Simon the sorcerer that has the Chris Barrie voice as Simon.
I spent silly money on it but I thought what the hell ha ha :-D
It's not the first CD32 that I own however, my other one I bought years ago at a Cash Generator store, but it has had a problem for a while now, where if I plug my joypad in, it will constantly keep pushing left as though i'm pressing it when i'm actually not, it's very annoying and the console powers up running fine otherwise...anyone have any ideas what would cause such a problem? I even bought a brand new CD32 joypad years ago to see if that would help, but it just did the same, ruling out that it is a problem with the pad itself!!
Anyway games that I own for the console are...
Universe, - (a cool point and click style adventure).
Simon The Sorcerer, - (another wonderful point and click adventure, with great voice over acting provided by none other than Chris Barrie :O )
Guardian. - (no explaining needed obviously :-D )
The Chaos Engine, - (brill shooter which is pretty much the same as on the standard Amiga 500, but has a wonderful fully voiced intro sequence, which obviously was impossible to do on standard Amiga computers!)
Alien Breed Special Edition and Qwak on the same CD - (not much different to standard Amiga versions but great games all the same!!)
Disposable Hero (is a cool shoot em up on standard Amiga machines, but i've not actually played the CD32 version yet :-D )
Jetstrike - (this is another i've not really played yet, but it's described as The no1 flight action game from Rasputin...another for me to sit down and check out properly :-D )
Super Stardust - (A fantastic shoot em up Asteroids style, but way more souped up, with brill graphics and sound, not just on Amiga 500, but even better on CD32!!).
I ended up selling it on, yes you guessed it, Fleabay, and it was fully packaged in a huge Amiga style game box, with manual present etc, and looked great with the cool looking Ocean software logo plastered all over it, and now that i've got a fully working machine I regret selling it now :(
Oh well i've prattled on long enough...enjoy gaming on your CD32 Gemma, and I will enjoy continuing to explore more games on mine :)
Keep up the great work with your videos and keep on enjoying this wonderful hobby :-D
Great video gem, 90s TV show vibes. Bad influence show from ITV
My biggest tech regret is selling my CD32 not long after Commodore went bust, I was also going to sell my 2000 though came to my senses and didn't sell it and still have it to this day :) I can not remember all the games I had for the CD32, wasn't many though Zool was one of them.
same you , sold my 1200… and CD32 in 1994… but bought it again in 2016 ! and it rocks with so much addons hardware :)
Yeah the Amiga CD32 had many good games, i own 43 original Amiga CD32 games, and play them still, with my little nephew.
My games are now:
Alfred Chicken
Alien Breed: Tower Assault
Alien Breed 3D
Banshee
Beneath a Steel Sky
Bubba 'n' Stix
Cannon Fodder
Chuck Rock II: Son of Chuck

Amazing video, the Amiga in general slipped my scope of gamign when it was a thing, but I was in the States when it was active, This video breaks down a lot of great releases I would have missed. I look forward to checking them all out.
Thanks John and happy gaming
when we add a little memory the cd32 can recover more games
with tf 330 card the cd32 can have games like doom
Ahhhhh okay! *Runs to the search bar*
How about the 'Simon the Sorcerer' & 'Beneath a Steel Sky' talkies ?
YES! Let’s pretend I added these lol
Thank you for showing all these games. I was always curious about this console since I’m in the U.S. By the way, what is that cool pixel display/clock on your shelf in the background? If you dummy mind me asking, how much was it and where can I find one?

Hey Gemma where did you get that awesome clock with the game animations from? Can you buy it online?
Whats the Name of this Awesome Clock in the Background?
@@robertwilson3866 Thats my Question, too!
@@pittstone She's keeping it secret :)
Hey, i still have mine lying under dust, and a number of cd games to go with it, anyone interested ?
I'm interested how much you looking for, for it and what games come with it.
@@graylappo5089 i have put up the intro vid and a short look at the ingame play of Liberation on my channel, if anyone wants to check it out : ua-cam.com/video/75xCdWwi8mw/v-deo.html
I had a CD32. I vaguely remember playing a game called Diggers on it.
Omg I love Bubba ‘N Stix! You may also like todays new Amiga episode:

Great stuff, specially Speris Legacy which is a underrated gem. And regarding 3D, check a new game called DREAD, much smoother than Alien Breed 3D, it's a demo currently but runs even on Amiga 500, on the A1200 and on the CD32 it's just nicer. Oh yeah, the CD32 on the thumb attracted me to the channel. :)
Right! ‘Dread’ is a must! Thank you
with tf 330 card the cd32 can have games like doom ,Gloom deluxe. Alien breed 3d2 Nemac IV , Breathless , Genetic Species , .....
Dread is made for the amiga 500
@@Krslaurent Yeah all great games also.
@@AmigaWolf
Putty Squad, Banshee
, Nigel Mansell's World Championship , Roadkill , Slam Tilt are great AGA games
Loved my Amiga 500 and Amiga CD32. its a shame the CD32 doesn't get must love.
Alien Breed Tower Assault is a lot more challenging than the first game but still great and definitely getting Street Racer vibes from Bump N Burn, Looks a fun kart racer
Not too shabby eh? :)
No puedes estar más buena. Gracias por tu canal
Loving the Amiga ecosystem getting more attention. Still play Amiga games now, though mostly on pimiga.
Quick question too. Where did the clock behind you come from ? I love it.
Hi where did you get the clock?
Would also like to know
That clock is great. I’d like to know where as well.
And I would like to know what is the music of your video please :)
nice video!! the game at 8:29 would be great on the nintendo virtual boy
Alien Breed looks friggin rad
Ah the nostalgia! My recommendations for must have CD32 games would be:
Pinball Dreams
Pinball Fantasies
Pinball Illusions
Cannon Fodder, the FMV clips alone are worth it and don't forget the lyrics: "(War) never been so much fun (War) never been so much fun (War) never been so much fun (War) never been so much fun, Go up to your brother Kill him with your gun, Leave him lying in his uniform
Dying in the sun".
Your CD32 collection is incomplete without Kang Fu 😎
where I will get such an electric scrubber what you have behind your back and displays pictures
It was a single release
@@TheGebs24 so you can not buy it anywhere
It's a shame Commodore is no more. They were a big player back in the day!
Ikr
Love your Cobra Kai shirt! Roll on season 4!
An Alien Breed collection for my Evercade would be great!
Yessssss
Every time I see Alien Breed 3D I remember how lucky I was to be bought a PC with Doom in 1994. I'd been looking at the more expensive Amiga's for years by that point and even at 12 years old had realized that I was going to end up seriously disappointed with even a 4000/040+HD - there was little I could do with it that I couldn't do with my pimped up 500+ with A570 cd, 3 floppies, ram expansions etc ... didn't ever have a hard disk on the Amiga so that was a revelation on my 486, even with just 420MB :)
All the same, on the Amiga I was creating games first in Amos and then Blitz Basic ... on the PC I got into the BBS scene and began coding doors and other utilities in turbo pascal, which seemed just as much fun at the time but looking back I think thats roundabout where I lost my way. I'd always wanted to be a game developer up to that point yet by the time I finished school I was creating websites in PHP, and thats what I ended up doing both during and after Uni ... I wish the resources available today were around back then, I'd definitely be making games today rather than writing bash scripts and ridiculously complex SQL :S
Oh! Getting lost there ;) Thanks for showing me a couple of games I'd forgotten about on the CD32! Wonder how they'll run on the Pi !
What an awesome comment! Oh and enjoy the Pi ;)
Yes! Love the CD32! I have Guardian, other great games are:
Roadkill
Impossible Mission 2025 (one of the greatest cases ever)
John Barnes European Football
Liberation
Id recommend Road Kill, Super Skidmarks, and Jetstrike (if only for its mad music! just search Jetstrike Drop the Bomb!)
Fun fact: I’m terrible at Super Skidmarks
You're gonna rub some backs up describing the CD32 as having better sound ( ;P I know, you're referring to the CD music tracks ), but this is certainly an intriguing list. I'll have to check some out on the emulator. Thanks for the video!
Hehe ;)
Great vid! I bought the CD32 day one and loved Digger's. Sadly like an idiot I sold all my retro collection. I am however re-collecting it all back! Just got a 3do, but I want my 32back☹️
Hopefully I can find a decent CD32 soon.
Keep up the good work ☺️
Ugh the 3DO was one of the worst systems I owned. I don’t miss it at all
@@johnnyclaimerhaddadin195 I understand why you say that, but when I got my first 3DO on day one, there was nothing like it or close to its power. I went from Sega Megadrive Road rash then to my 3DO road rash and it was awesome at the time!
I agree now it's not amazing, but it's all about how it felt on day one. Awesome 👍
Nice New room
I'll be honest. My Amiga knowledge isn't the best. However, I certainly feel that all Amiga games have a certain look to them don't they. Loving the content
Chuck a TF330 in a CD32 and u have an all in one console/Amiga
hey 👋 you rocks , love to see my CD32 in the spotlight, it a awesome peace of hardware who didn’t shown his possibility in 1993, C= marketing ruined his launch, it was needed a 68030 and more extra ram for competition with doom, but now with a cheap terriblefire card you can have a stunning console . you rocks !! ps: on my channel i made some videos about these console , let’s check it out 👍
They should have given ET a second chance on this system.
On the bright side : the CD32 version of Tower Assault comes bundled with Alien Breed 2 (which is just a better game, in my opinion), all on the same disk.
the best fighting games on amiga cd32. they are exclusive. Shadow fighter and ultimate body blows. You must know it. It is obligatory 🤷.
What's Separatist legacy? The game is called "Speris legacy"! 😅
Love Amiga more than any other machine but having played Zelda Link to the Past on Snes several times now, Speris Legacy is just awful. Shame because the Amiga could have done something decent
I only know the Amiga by watching AVGN 🤣🤣😁
Haha no way!
Come on you can do better than that. 🤦♂️
Me too and according to him, the console is so bad.
@@darkside9547 I honestly wouldn't rely on AVGN for taste. James doesn't do that much research.
COBRA KAI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love that shirt and i love that show !!!
Well you don't have to buy them, I mean nobody's forcing you to 😂
I never touched an Amiga system and although I’m curious to try it I’m still not interested in wasting my time with this
From jump, until sound cards and video cards on the PC, the Amiga blew it away. It came with stereo sound from jump, better graphics and more titles. The PC @ the time of the A500 sounded like a Casio watch alarm.
Uh-oh Gemma has discovered CD32! 😂 Seriously Chaos Engine on Amiga CD32 is supposed to be superior so you could get that game.
Oh you have to play banshee.
I prefer Dgeneration on the Amiga, looks better, vintage looks.
Speris legacy is pretty but the story isn't as good as Zelda.
One that I think is better is Legends.
I’m looking forward to playing them all. I might also get D/Generation on the Switch too
Sad....
Our metal Jesus
Raising the prices up on ebay? 😂
3:30 lol so youve never played it and yet recommend it
Read the title. “I must buy” ✌️🤣
Bubba and stix
separatist legacy ? :D
Lets just call it "Amazing."
+ 1 Nerd Cobra kai from karate kid that desrves a sub :)
