你好，因为杯垫比较小，不需要加沙子也可以：）
我想做大一點的請問若要加砂，水泥和砂的比例是多少？

Hi! What is the special glue that you used and where did you bought the glass shards?
the glue called liquid silicon. for glass you might check on amazone or local grocery store :)
i think you can also use weld bond multi-purpose adhesive glue

put some sand or less water, avoid strong sunlight. should be ok~~ :)
