A few suggestions:
Spike: Stand right on the safe, it is hard to get all shots to hit but it is possible
Buzz: No super
Sprout: replant gear and put the super slightly to the side of the safe so it won't break all walls,
Dynamike: Use the gadget when you run out of ammunition just when hypercahge is about to end, also step a bit more backwards
Bibi: Aim at a corner of the safe so at least one bubble will bounce back and forth.
Tick: Start on the safe as spawning tick's head on top of it will get use of the hypercharge more.
Maisie: Start moving away from the safe using the extra damage star power.
Jacky: No super.
Charley: Start with super then re summon minions when the hypercharge is about to end, stand on top of the safe.

​@@Slizmidioyou know, Healing gadget for some reason make your attack deal 20% more damage to special targets. So if she would just activated it it would be 4750 per regular hit (w hyper and damage gear)

for sprout u can use the other gadget to deal double damage
