I have been watching you since i started being street homeless one year ago and finally have housing but you guys have always been my happy place! Thank you for taking me places i couldn’t have ever dreamed of going! Now that im off the streets i can start traveling! Love the content(my therapy!)😂 be safe and many many more trips!
I tried this Brightline service to travel between Fort Lauderdale and Miami recently and was just SO impressed. It would be AMAZING if this was more 'standard' across the US - it made travelling by train feel so ridiculously luxurious - it was so so good!
Tampa won't be happening for 10-15+ years. They need to go to Universal and Disney first in Orlando (sharing track with a new Sunrail airport extension), Buddy Dyer (mayor of Orlando) said in the Business Journal they were looking at 2035 IF the transportation tax got approved (it didn't). Looks like Brightline needs Sunrail in order to progress any further. I don't want to be pessimistic but Tampa might not ever happen. I see Jacksonville to Orlando and Miami happening before Tampa.
I was in Asia and Europe. When you come back home to the US you really miss the train for long distance travel and super fast. Its amazing how super efficient it is there, and speeds in Asia as high as 320 mph
We did Brightline FLL to Miami presidents week on a cloudy/rainy day. I took my daughter shopping. I booked premium as it included the 4 Ubers I needed. Hotel- station- Lincoln rd - back to hotel. We had snacks in the lounge and train.
Definitely worth it! We took it from Orlando to Ft Lauderdale to catch a cruise for Christmas and cost us a fraction of what other forms of transportation were pricing out at.
Wanted to ride the Brightline until I saw the prices. The station does look like an airport though. Shoutout to the guy rockin the easyrig! And the guy photobombing in the end 🤣
The prices they showed were not the average prices and if you look often on the website, there’s specials quite often possible if you sign up for the emails they are to for specials. So I found a $22 smart class Orlando to Miami and a $39 special from Orlando to Miami.
We rode in premium seats on our trip, the lounge has food, beverages, beer and wine for free and you get a snack box on the trip. The seats were so comfy.
Omg I’m so happy to see this! I hate Orlando airport and it’s nice to know I can land in Fort Lauderdale and go to Orlando. Btw we were just on a virgin cruise and loved it! Norwegian cruise to Europe in sep 2025! Hope you guys can go!
I enjoyed your video I will try the bright line from Orlando to maybe Fort Lauderdale or Miami. But I will get my ticket well in advance. So I don't have to pay all that money and bring my snacks.
Also, it helps if you either check the website often or sign up with your email to be alerted to specials and then be a bit flexible with their times and get your ticket several weeks or more in advance. I was able to buy a $22 ticket from Orlando to Miami and a $39 ticket from Orlando to West Palm.
The Price she put on the screen was more than the average price and the three times I traveled round-trip from Orlando. I was able to find a special every time my last time I found $22 each way another time I found $39 each way the other time I tried premium, but I found a special. The Way to find specials is go on the website a lot or or sign up with the email so your alerted to their specials
Honestly I think if they want people to use the bright line for their cruise instead of driving they need to lower the price. I priced out a few different dates to go to my cruise destination and it was more than it would cost to park my car in the garage at the cruise port.

@@TravelSpreeOfficial Oh ok! I thought they had asked you to do a video on the process. I just don't like when I feel like content creators aren't being appreciated by the brands.
@@TravelSpreeOfficial You could go to any 1st world country and see trains that would make Brightline look old fashioned, the UK had these trains in 1970 doing 125mph and stopped using them in 2023 because they were out of date.

You have not been up for 10 days, I thought you were working. UA-cam is showing me things I have already seen maybe 40% of my feed is old and none of my subscriptions well one or two.
Brightline is relatively new, but already is losing boatloads of money. It also has killed more than 65 people at street crossings. It will soon be begging the federal government for a handout, which will last forever - if it is granted.
@@TravelSpreeOfficial I have, and know it well. Its the same speed as all other trains. with one little section they go a bit faster but nothing close to European or Asian actual high speed rail.
@@TravelSpreeOfficial It's something called marketing, just like how the plastics/oil industry say we are recycling plastics when we put out those blue bins outside weekly yet only 4% of that ever gets recycled, (maybe)...companies do lie often. Don't get me wrong, I love trains and I believe we need more but I wish we would have built a high speed track.
Brightline. Biggest disappointment for all of us Floridians, with there over indulgence of a station that makes it all way too expensive. Every video I’ve seen the train is empty.
Took them so long to build this! Glad to see it open, now let’s expand to more places. America needs high speed rail

I'm in Southern California and they will be building a Brightline train from Vegas to LA, very excited about that!

I can't wait for them to expand Brightline over here to Tampa!! They need to speed it up. Thanks for sharing!!
Yes!! That would be awesome

Awww The Love Boat theme song and they mentioned the beloved Captain Merril Stubing! Nice touch Princess Cruises! 🛳️
Nice to experience Brightline. Looking forward to Japan series. Have a great weekend. 🤗
Thanks, you too!! 😊
I would be terrified to go on that! Living through you.
Thanks for the vlog !!! Enjoyed this 🎉

Thanks for taking us with you guys ❤
Loved this!! Been wanting to try the brightline. Just wondering how long it takes to get from Orlando to Cocoa, ft Lauderdale, and Miami!?!?
Ft. Lauderdale was about 2 hours!
Nice! Thanks for sharing.

Can’t wait for the Japan footage. Will you visit Singapore?
So excited to share that!! No plans for Singapore yet but would LOVE to go
Will you visit Malaysia?
Is that price for 2? Or 1?
We could’ve gone to STk 😂

Take a bottle, cold water and keep hydrated on the train

Brightline isn’t high speed rail. That will be Brightline west the one going from LA to las vegas
It is WILD to me that they would invite you and not cover your meal!
The event was really just at the station! They were nice enough to cover some of our costs for us to try out the brightline 😊
@@TravelSpreeOfficial Oh ok! I thought they had asked you to do a video on the process. I just don't like when I feel like content creators aren't being appreciated by the brands.
Great video - food is not worth it, prices just got worse, not sure how they are going to make it.
They have specials quite often. I found a $22 fair on Smart class Orlando to Miami.
Hi Laura you are such a sweet girl praying the best over your life
Oh Americans, you are missing out on so much, they bring in an old train and most Americans are blown away. It's so sad.
In a few weeks we’re doing a video on a Shinkansen 🚅 so comeback and leave a comment for that too

Ok note to self bring my own sandwich and drink. Them prices are too much money.
Just bring your own favorite picnic foods and then you don’t have to buy overpriced foods on the train and you can take what you want.
You can even take one of those mini ice chest that collapse
Brightline is relatively new, but already is losing boatloads of money. It also has killed more than 65 people at street crossings. It will soon be begging the federal government for a handout, which will last forever - if it is granted.
No, the train did not kill any people, it was only people who drove their cars illegally across the barriers
As our vain millennials would say: "this train is awesome and super cool". Trains are frequently late.
