I run a similar lab with my 2nd grade students at the end of our simple machine unit. I bring in all sorts of tools and objects (including most of what you have on the table) and the kids have to identify what kind of simple machine(s) they see in each object. It's a great performance assessment.
Question: I teach six simple machines including the screw. I see you've omitted the screw. I use a jar and lid as an example, but I see you're calling it an inclined plane. Screws (and wedges) are variations of inclined planes, so I'm curious why you have not recognized the screw as a simple machine.
I also teach that gears are a variation of a wheel and axle. Your corkscrew has good examples of gears.
