I am addicted to watching this channel. It gives me so much hope and has helped me navigate fear and pain. I’ve been pretty physically sick for the last 7 years. My relationship of 15 years ended, and my home is about to be gone, but still, I’m learning so much. Thank you so much. You’re helping the much needed light to shine into the world at the perfect time… although I guess everything happens at the perfect time. Just thank you. We need this. I’m ok, and I’m aware of a greater intelligence and love is moving around and through me. You helped facilitate the movement of my spiritual antennae in the direction it needs to be in. I’m healing. I remember an experience of feeling Oneness with God. It was so poignant and pivotal on my life spiritual path. I was in my 30’s and on vacation with my family in Ocean City, NJ, USA. I took a long walk on the boardwalk by myself and i was connected to my higher self and Angels and walking and listening to them answer life questions i was having at that time. At one point i decided to sit on a bench and beam love to the passers by. I was feeling quite blissful and in utter satisfaction, as well as questioning my path. I asked my guardian Angel to allow me to see through her eyes, the people walking by me. Immediately the air and light around me and the entire boardwalk was filled with an ethereal light accompanied by the most amazing love i have ever felt. As i looked at the people walking on the boardwalk, all walks of life, i felt such love for each and every one of them. (Something i did not feel so effortlessly prior to this experience.) i was in the highest vibration i could possibly attain in those several moments. I gave never forgotten that feeling. And i look onto others with greater respect and knowing that we are all One.
Once you know Love, you know that's all we need!! We may not live it always, but we know that that's where we wanna be...always!!!

We’re continually diving into the deep.
As a Course in Miracles student, l learned that the basis of all healing is perception correction......therefore my favorite spiritual movie is....Its a Wonderful Life with Jimmy Stewart. His character goes from being suicidal to the the happiest man on earth despite the the fact that virtually none of his circumstances have changed........only his perception of things has changed due to the deeper truths of his life he is shown by the angel........
Will there ever be a better movie than "It's a Wonderful Life"? NO!!!!! NEVER!!! lol but true. the script the actors and Jimmy Stewart. Unbeatable!

I had the exact reaction Alan had on opening the first pages of the Course in Miracles. That was 41 years ago and is the basis of my spiritual journey. "Love is letting go of fear. I am not a body. I am free. I am still as God created me." And so much more . . . . . 😃🤗
~I was watching a great number of people walking along the Main Street of a touristy place and suddenly I was SO AWARE of SUCH ECSTASY, REALIZING HOW BRAVE THESE PEOPLE WERE TO BE A HUMANBEING ON THIS PLANET. Wow! I feel more on track than ever before. I was a single Mom of 4, state removed their dad’s parental rights, so I raised them completely alone. I ended up finding a well paying job that allowed me to financially support them solely. Two years in, I got severely sick with Crohn’s disease & could no longer work. Of course I went through grief but came to appreciate the disease bc it gave me time raising my kids which is always what I wanted. The universe works in ways, sometimes it’s hard to find the good… but if you can find the good, you save yourself so much anguish. Love to watch you and your videos!

In 2020, my husband nearly died from a stroke. He's had to learn how to walk again and do basic daily functions. Yet, he has always kept his humor. He's been my example of true spirituality. We've experienced so many life-changing moments in these years. He happens to be an avid reader and practitioner of Ram Dass' work and Paramahansa Yogananda.
As Mike Tyson said.."Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face." We live, we learn and learn and learn. All the best.

Jesus said, Only through me will you get to my Father in heaven.
To me the most amazing part of this teaching is the fact that this man I all his wisdom admits that he can still be affected by normal human emotions and reactions. So enlightened and yet so human! This gives me so much hope for my own journey and struggles. Thank you!
Keep in mind,everyone is always walking on the right path.
Even when you believe you made a wrong decision and suffered from it, you’re still walking on the right path.
The consequences from that decision brought you to the life lessons you needed to learn. Keep looking for a solution to jump out of it, you’re on the right path.

This is one of my favorite interviews, he is so down to earth, and easy to understand!! I really get everything he said, he speaks the truth so anyone that recognizes their spiritual awakening/journey understands it!
I've found great comfort in your videos. I'm experiencing a totally unexpected loss of 2/3rds of my income. My income was guaranteed until my death. I don't know why it's happening and it's so bizarre that there has to be a purpose to it. I've decided to not panic, look to the reason, and listen to my inner self. It's hard but the alternative will not serve me.
Things don't happen to us. Things are made by us. We can't continue to be the victims. We just forget sometimes what our lessons have been and fall back. Grace is beautiful, be grateful, and in awe of the infinite love.
God is letting me suffer with my worst nightmare soul contract. God is also giving me endurace, sanity and strength to deal with it.🙏
Alex, I met RamDass in New Hampshire for a ‘Bhandara’ which is a welcoming gathering for all with great food, music and (optional) spiritual chants … He Blessed my hands ( for Reiki) and we shared stories of Baba Neem Karoli who used to frequent my grandfather’s home in Lucknow India. RamDass was SUCH a Joyful Loving and Generous exemplary human being! 🙏🙏🙏

After you've 'taken the red pill' - 'bad' things will still happen to you, but you begin to live in love without any worries, anxieties or fears for the future.

Very good interview!! I think one thing we tend to miss, is that of those whom we called 'masters' - NONE of them ever gained the enlightenment they sought while still in physical form, EXCEPT for Jesus. He is the only one who found that complete unity with the Divine, so maybe it is a very good idea to follow His teachings (not his disciples' (including Paul), for they did not reach divine unity in physical form either), but only Jesus', for he came to teach the way to divine unity to mankind.
He said: I AND THE FATHER (Divine Source) ARE ONE, and once he prayed to the Divine in him, that all should become one with him and the Divine (or Father as the Source of all), as he and the Father is one.
All the others are well on their way, but I prefer following the one who actually achieved unity/enlightenment while still in human form 🙂

It’s really a treat to listen to Alan Cohen. I was a chela of Hilda Charlton’s in NYC starting out in the basement of St. Luke’s in the W. Village and Ram Dass was part of the scene back then - at that time Krishna Das even led the kirtan. It was a beautiful time of my life. Now everyone is in “the scene” it’s a great thing to witness and a great thing to have Alan out there bridging then and now - which is verily always NOW. Thank you for having Alan Cohen on. Very good God content.
I have many acts of Grace, the universe always had my back! I think I was incredibly blessed in that way!
Truth be known, really harsh lessons are shared with the collective and those souls who are brave enough to go through a seriously traumatic event are considered a hero to other souls who can benefit from the lesson remotely.
I say "I can see peace instead of this" very often! It's just so great!
@20:37 I swear I've done the same thing too. In my lowest times, I've sometimes had that moment of clarity where I think to myself, "well, this is what it feels like to be alive, breathe it in and keep on living."

I find that the more you practice spiritually and the more your level of Consciousness raises easier it is to bounce back and to see things from more empowering and positive perspective however you know being on their spiritual path isn't working progress and so I would say that also if you're not at that level of Consciousness yet or at times sometimes our Consciousness level will that work under so much strain because our Consciousness level to be lowered a little bit but in those cases we can still actively make an effort to try to look at the positive side of things like if God was to create a situation like this for instance then what is the good that could be coming out of it knowing your own personal situation each person has a different situation God knows our psychology and our mentality and you know the things that we like it we just like and God knows everything about us so if we know our own self our own situation judging from that Vantage Point think like how could God be benefiting me in this way like what could God good arrangement be in this sometimes basic like giving you humility or appreciating life more because of those you get sick and then when you get better it's amazing how happy you feel because you're not sick anymore and then you just really really appreciate your health and feeling well something that sometimes we take it for granted so anyways a lot of times that's how I deal with it to feel more empowered and more positive and uplifted
I have had a course in miracles for over 10 years, and have yet to truly read it. I thumb through… focusing can be difficult at times but I love it and there was a Batman reference here, YES BATMAN ❤

Not what I though it would be was looking forward to the teaching and really nothing really. Oh well I already knew all of this, but it was a ggod reminder of what I put to the wayside. When dealing with my inner path that no one knows but me. I can not feel your pain thought I can have empathy towards you. It is still my own feelings. Been married 58 years i ill never really know how my husband feels about me or how he copes with his illness. I can just except and Love him as he takes his own journey. I think so
In 2017 I tried going to college second time and I did but I was struggling really bad with some of my courses. One night I saw in my dream that I was in a dark place and I felt and saw a golden line go around my face and I heard a man deep voice said,”you walk I am with you”. That was God.
There is always a gift in the problems, it is alway learning. John Bach says that through Masters Manual in book he wrote. I have prayed often to get the learning, usually after I squawk like a chicken. Or a repeat lesson!
One thing I can say to is also that when I focus on the negative things or if I complain too much or sit in that kind of mind frame it just kind of holds me back longer A&B I find that me putting my attention on things that are negative seems to perpetuate or create or manifest more of that happening in my life and so I tend to be really leery of doing that and so I try to make the best of it when I can but let's face it none of us are perfect we're all human and we all get caught out there once in a while we all get our buttons pushed we all get you know our goats had once in awhile but I have noticed that I've gotten into a habit of just trying to make the best of the situation because the more negative you feel the more of a negative impact is going to have on you so it really just doesn't make any sense to handle it that way and yet as I said we all have moments where you know life gets a rise out of us. I wouldn't beat myself up about it too much. I will say that it is good to try to be as good as you can but don't get too hung up on trying to be perfect, because that's another thing to get hung up on and I don't think it's very useful or positive.
Respectfully, the universe is not coming down and teaching us lessons. That idea is like God punishing us. What we experience is the natural consequences of our own actions. It is in understanding the cause and effect of what occurred and learning from it either raises our vibration, keeps it steady, or lowers it. The choice is always ours. I do believe there is grace.

Dreams are amazing. I often have vivid ones and I always journal them. I then research the dream either what Carl Jung has written or thru dream dictionary. Every dream has told me something to come or something to work on. They are always spot upon.
The concept of "I am" that he explained so well, resonated with me, because of what I learned from some of the teachings of Neville Goddard.
