Another way of having twins is to add them in yourself. You have to go into edit neighborhood and press the edit button, allowing you to add, delete, or change your sims. Click the sim who you want to have a twin and press the genetic button, allowing you to add a sibling, must make the sibling the same age as the sim you want to have a twin. After that, it should say randomize twin/sibling. But to anyone readying this, I would do what she did in the video, only because she explained a better way of doing it😅 This comment was just to be helpful.

My first pregnancy was a set of twins, my next seven babies have been a single baby. PLUS I gave her the fertile trait so my current sim will have her baby either tomorrow or the next day, hopefully this video tips will help.
Perfect Sims 4 Streaming Voice lol. So, I figured I would throw this out there for people it may help, My method for Triplets with no MODs and no DLC's. I used my Trophy Hunting Character, he had MAX Stats and Asperations. I emptied all the houses on my map, evicted the tenants. Created 2 Families of 6 Young Adult Females, it wouldn't let me do 7 girls and move them into my Sims house, it said too many people to move in. Anyway, when creating the families go to the Gene tool and Create Two Twins of your First New Character, also use Family Aspitations and Family Oriented, Romance and Bookworm as your traits. Create a 4th Character and use Gene tool to create two more twins from her. Make sure you change their last names fo you can track your baby endeavor. You should have 6 Females (or males) consisting of 2 sets of 3 twins, thus actually creating two Sets of Triplets in reality. The game doesn't actually use the term "Triplets" while creating but does actually use the algorithm that these Sims are triplets. So, to those that don't know, Sims that are Twins or Triplets have the Gene to create more Twins and Triplets. This will increase your chances greatly. Now, you have your first family of 2 Sets of Triplets, save this family to your Library. Create a second set of Triplets and save these to your library. Now, make sure your Main Character is in a house alone. Move the first set of Triplets in. Go through the ropes of Friendship and Romance with these sims, one by one. Once you have the "Boyfriend/Girlfriend" and "WooHoo" option use both these options once, then move the Sim into her own house. I gave each Sim I moved out $50k so they could buy their own home, I had $5 million from my Gameplay, money to spare. Anyway, only move two Sims into each house, repeat these steps until your house is empty. Now that your alone in the house again, start calling the girls back one by one. Use try for baby option 5-10 times and Ask the female to go home. Rinse and repeat for the next 5 sims. Now that they are all prego, move your second family of 2 sets of Triplets (From your Library) and move them in with your Character. Redo all your friendships and Romances, move them out by 2's and call them all back to get prego. Now you have 12 sims that will call you when they give birth. When they do, call then back and repeat process. I started filling up the houses fast because these women had Twins EVERYTIME they gave birth. Not one single birth. I had 15 sets of twins before I got my Triplets. I did have to move the babies into a Bording house lol a Single person dwelling, I moved the Mom and Babies into a House with one person in it (The Nanny) and then moved the Mom back to her house leaving the kids behind, so she would have more room in her house for more babies. Although, I did get Twins once in a house with 7 people this creating a 9 person household. Anyway, hope this method helps someone out. Saves them money from buying extra content and time for this Trophy. I have read some pretty brutal Methods lol this one seems to be Fast and Efficient. It does take a small bit of setup time, but is well worth it. Always Make a Backup save file for your 12 Happy and Romanced Sims, if you do end up filling your town with babies you can just reload. Also another friendly tip, you can use the Fertile Trait for this but honestly, I tried using it for all my sims while I was getting the 26 generations Trophy and not one set of Triplets, very very few sets of Twins, three sets of twins from the same woman, but that woman was a Twin herself which brought me to my theory. Hopefully this helps. Edit: All the females were Young Adult, my main was Adult. The young adults are more fertile by age. Maybe if my Main was Young adult it may have increased chances.
Its really hard for my Sims 4 game to have twins or triplets, but Sims 3 it was so easy to get them. Also I have tried the fertility treatment in multiple different families and it hasn't worked once. Its sad. But it can be hard in the Sims 4, Sims 3 was way to easy.

I never had triplets though, everytime I put an effort for my sim to conceive multiple babies, I always get one baby. Both parents have the fertile trait, both of them also get fertility massage. When my sim gone into labor and only get one baby, I was like " *Did he absorb his twins in the womb* "
i think you should make a part 2 of this since stuff is updated and all i read something about having a massage while pregnant since there's a chance your sims will get twins or triplets and it worked for me i ended up having twins, a boy and a girl named Julas and Jilly

I was already really close to being able to buy it, so just around a day before my sim's spouse went into labor, I saved enough to buy her the reward and hoped for twins/triplets (3 might be hard tho..) I got so lucky, because I spent the whole day on family leave with both sims and when she FINALLY went into labor, two baby girls came out before I randomized both names until I got two names I liked (Rosa and Misty Garcia) :D After 3 sorta tedious days, I aged them up since I have automatic aging off. Now, I'm going to keep them as kids for a good 10 or more days! Thanks a lot btw!!!

Creampufflovesanime do you know the meaning of "and or"? It is a way of shortening two sentences into one. For example: "you are able to have twins *and* you are able to triplets" "You are able to have twins *or* you are able to have triplets" Because both statements are true and it would be incorrect to say one sentence but not the other, people just shorten it by saying "you can have twins and/or triplets." What I mean by it would be incorrect to say one sentence but not the other is that it might confuse someone. Someone might want to have triplets and also twins so if you only say you can have triplets or twins they would believe they could not have both. On the other side, if you where to say you can have triplets and twins but the person only wants either triplets or twins, not both. So you have to say and/or to let them know that they have the options of having either twins or triplets, or having both twins and also triplets.
i think it helps when if your sims have siblings as well witch are also twins. i've never ever gotten twins until i make them siblings twins if that makes sence !

I've been doing the normal tricks to get triplets since release date, like fertility trait, watching/listening to kids' stations, etc. All I ever got was twins. My HD got wiped and I didn't get to transfer any saves, so I started fresh yesterday. Got triplets with no traits, no watching tv or listening to radio. Only thing I had my Sim do was eat a bunch of carrots so she could have a boy first. RNG sucks, man. XD

The reason it works for her is because of her sims. It depends on your hair and what you might wear. I have experimented. If you have a sim with brown hair and a sim with orange, your more likely to have twins. I mean dark brown hair and the 1st orange shade is one way. Another way is in the sims 3. If you have two sims with red hair you will get twin girls, not so sure on how to get twin boys but i will find it out later.
if you dont have the 3000 to buy fertile thing you can also press L1 L2 R1 R2 at the same time and write : Traits.equip_trait Fertile this should give you the fertile without cheating (you can still get the trophies)
When I first played sims 4 I didn't really know much about it except the videos I used to see about it, well I wanted a child I was like "Well if I can take care of my sims rn then I can definitely take care of one child" but I got triplets, and I did not in no way know how to handle it just say they made it out alive almost died too many times, and let me tell you they are a handful even in game.
I have twins whenever I watch the kids network and one day in the sims game my sim went into labor and before she gave birth I made her be flirty with her husband and it was a boy and a girl! I'm so happy rn.
No cheats needed, has giant teddy bear on floor if you want to know how to get giant teddy, set it as your head and press reset object now you should have giant teddy
tip if you want girls eat strawberries and listen to pop. if you want boys listen to alternative and it carrots and if you want both boy and girl twins do both
It doesn't work better is liveack with this feature + twins so I just recommend it and if you have a package of gameplay, a day in the spa" it is also worth doing a fertility massage. I tried and it works💜
I know it's also chance but, I remember that I had a sim for my a-z baby challenge who had done none of this and had no trait assistance from increase the chances of multiple births but she had triplets anyway

Oh my god I was getting so frustrated at this trophy my ladies kept popping out 1-2 babies, then all of a sudden the elderly lady that I was letting bunk with us passed away from old age and one of my girls had triplets. I got 2 birds with one stone! Only need a few more trophies for the platinum 😍

I don't have the Sims 4 game; can't afford it; but I always thought u can have twins/ triplets naturally in the game(twin/triplets pregnancies) without doing any cheat whatsoever; If this a cheat to get kids. "you are able to have twins *and* you are able to triplets"
"You are able to have twins *or* you are able to have triplets"
Because both statements are true and it would be incorrect to say one sentence but not the other, people just shorten it by saying "you can have twins and/or triplets." What I mean by it would be incorrect to say one sentence but not the other is that it might confuse someone. Someone might want to have triplets and also twins so if you only say you can have triplets or twins they would believe they could not have both. On the other side, if you where to say you can have triplets and twins but the person only wants either triplets or twins, not both. So you have to say and/or to let them know that they have the options of having either twins or triplets, or having both twins and also triplets.

i think it helps when if your sims have siblings as well witch are also twins. i've never ever gotten twins until i make them siblings twins if that makes sence !

I've been doing the normal tricks to get triplets since release date, like fertility trait, watching/listening to kids' stations, etc. All I ever got was twins. My HD got wiped and I didn't get to transfer any saves, so I started fresh yesterday. Got triplets with no traits, no watching tv or listening to radio. Only thing I had my Sim do was eat a bunch of carrots so she could have a boy first. RNG sucks, man. XD
Hold ''Ctrl Shift C'' at the same time and a bar will come up type in it '' MOTHERLODE '' And it'll give you 50,000 each time you type it. Remove the bar the same way you got it, '' Crtl Shift C ''
this works really well i only made my sim watch the kid shows and not read the books or listen to the music and i got triplets

The reason it works for her is because of her sims. It depends on your hair and what you might wear. I have experimented. If you have a sim with brown hair and a sim with orange, your more likely to have twins. I mean dark brown hair and the 1st orange shade is one way. Another way is in the sims 3. If you have two sims with red hair you will get twin girls, not so sure on how to get twin boys but i will find it out later.

OR! you could just set the house trait as “on lay line” and you will have a VERY high chance of getting twins or triplets.
I haven't had twins/triplets ever before and ive had the sims 4 for at least 1 year now
if you dont have the 3000 to buy fertile thing you can also press
L1 L2 R1 R2 at the same time and write : Traits.equip_trait Fertile
this should give you the fertile without cheating (you can still get the trophies)

When I first played sims 4 I didn't really know much about it except the videos I used to see about it, well I wanted a child I was like "Well if I can take care of my sims rn then I can definitely take care of one child" but I got triplets, and I did not in no way know how to handle it just say they made it out alive almost died too many times, and let me tell you they are a handful even in game.
As soon as they said you dont want a fire I fire hapoend in my game luckily the spriknlers took it out and no one died I dont think she saw to so good

No cheats needed, has giant teddy bear on floor if you want to know how to get giant teddy, set it as your head and press reset object now you should have giant teddy

If you want and or need some more Sims 3 money, just press control c. Then enter "motherlode" without (quotations)
I make my house traits on key line which means twins and triplets are more common than not, also I had a home birth and had twins!
It doesn't work better is liveack with this feature + twins so I just recommend it and if you have a package of gameplay, a day in the spa" it is also worth doing a fertility massage. I tried and it works💜
I once got twins without doing anything. I was mad because we didn't have money, and happy because I love twins.
I think this is actually working. My sim has morning sickness and she's only on her first trimester.
One time I had triplets without trying to get them or doing anything... it was rlly weird but I loved it lol
I know it's also chance but, I remember that I had a sim for my a-z baby challenge who had done none of this and had no trait assistance from increase the chances of multiple births but she had triplets anyway
Also try the "On ley line" lot trait, but I'm not sure if you only get that in city living of if it is in the base game
