'Untie' is actually a b-side track while 'Maniac' is the title. So yeah the song doesn't have an MV and is just a performance video which Viviz and Kany (the choreographer) wanted to do, so they suggested BPM to make one. Viviz also wanted 'Untie' to be the title track but after discussing with the company, they went with 'Maniac'.
Viviz are formed from three former members (Eunha , SinB, Umji) of GFRIEND (Source Music), which was one of the most awarded female K-Pop group. Untie was song, which girls wanted as a title song for their EP "Versus", but label choose "Maniac" instead. Thank you for reaction, Anthony.

It's a same thing like with WAKEONE; they reunited on a stage years after their disband, but it didn't mean a ressurection of th group.

Unfortunately, it's almost zero chance to ressurection of the group (all VIVIZ members last month renew/extended their contracts with BPM).
