That is exactly true, but clearly not in reverse cases. We had a vet, also from Sask Vet College just 2 years earlier. The difference is extreme. She pushes extreme care for everything, being so gung ho to do unwarranted and possibly life threathening surgeries for minor problems, as well as prescribing damaging drugs when not necessary. It is all about money to her, and has been defined as the biggest drug pusher vet in S Alberta by the salesman himself. I know of one case of her harming animals doing surgery and permanently damaging organs in the process or spaying, leaving a 6 mo old pup in need of massive medical treatment for the rest of its life. She must have thought it would be ongoing big $ for her practice. When our rescue came to us with both chronic diarrhea and ear infections, she wanted to do surgery on his ears and insisted we needed to get him on Hills despite the wheat being the cause, when I said we were not going Hills, her answer was she had medication to deal with the allergen. There isn't a vet or medical association that isn't in the pockets of the Big Food and Big Pharmacy corporations.
OMG! I've been saying this forever.. Veterinarians and Doctors push the big Pharma insurance fraud passing it onto the patients. TY for this video. Iam sharing. The vaccines the veterinarian doctors give out are by design like ours made to make us sick. I dont vaxx my pets.. Today I am 100% Right across the board.
These attitudes toward alternative methods being used by physicians and veterinarians are not new to me. In the area where I now live there is no availability of alternatives. I have traveled great distances seeking alternatives for myself and my animals. A vet who had saved my cat's life twice using alternatives lost his license to practice because of the death of one patient. Deaths occur in any practice, of course, but all his successes meant nothing to those who were lined up to destroy him. I've heard of similar cases with physicians. It's a scary world we live in.
Dr. Jones, you have my HIGHEST RESPECT!!! You chose integrity over money and income. That also takes courage. I wish that more people were like you!
I know of a docter that did the same and opened up a natural remedy clinic called "uchee pines" and did well in curing many diseases (I wonder if the same would do well for dogs

It's no different with doctors for human health, who are told to prescribe what they are told, or face consequences. Holistic doctors have been killed for teaching natural healing. The FDA through a guy in prison for selling apricot kernels to people as a cancer treatment, because it put his cancer in remission. In prison, they would not let him have his apricot kernels, and his cancer came back. Then, they forced chemotherapy and radiation on him, because they make billion$ off off it. That is the treatment they want forced on people, and they force the doctors to push that treatment on people.

Ditto to that!! I've found one or two vets that treat pets with natural remedies. Humans are pushing it amongst themselves...why can't vets do it for our pets??
To be honest, I fear taking my dogs to the vet we currently have as they don't have much of a bedside manner; in addition to the fact that's it's always some expensive drug, rather than what we can possibly do naturally. Years ago my Cocker Spaniel had a reaction to a rabies shot and his eyes swelled up like crazy. They recommended Benadryl which brought the swelling down, yet a few months later, he came down with Glaucoma. Not that it was related at all..but it gave me a huge mistrust of the vets in our town. Still haven't found one I've liked much..

I have owned and operated an animal care business for over 30 years and I say this with the utmost respect - that you are a TRUE HEALER. May God continue to bless you for caring for His beloved creatures.
Dr. Jones has generously offered prompt and very effective assistance for my lab Luke. If I had visited a Vet the information he supplied would have cost me a few hundred dollars not to mention I have an extremely energetic pup so outings are stressful for us both. Never once in all his videos have I seen any of his products or even was I aware they existed. Yet I have seen him suggest over 30 inexpensive natural products.

I've wasted hundreds of dollars, this year alone, on treating my cocker spaniel's ear infection with expensive drugs that are not always effective. Dr Jones! I have been giving my 11 mastif mix your supplement and using your advice and he has gone from lethargic, stiff and covered in red itchy sores to happy energetic and full of life with a healthy glossy coat in just a few months. I am in the U.K. and apart from The Dogs Trust vets or PDSA - that's if you can actually get to the nearest clinic it can cost 1,000's for an operation. People just can't afford these prices. They rescue animals because they care, not because they are rich.
That is why there is such appalling neglect. If you really love animals it really shouldn't be about profit - yes we all have to feed our families and make a living but I have yet to see a poor vet or doctor for that matter.
So thank you Dr. Andrew Jones - its a great pity there aren't more vets with your commitment and compassion. One vet practice actually refused to treat my bitch because I said I didn't agree with the repeated vaccinations having had a labrador that only had the initial and booster vaccinations and lived to fifteen and a half years old and was healthy throughout his life. I also told them I did not agree with neutering as I have recently learned it can cause cancer. Okay you have 21 days of inconvenience but if you are a responsible owner you deal with it.
I can confirm my beautiful black cross flat back retriever/collie died at just thirteen years old with a huge tumour attached to her spleen it was the size of a honey dew melon. She was a rescue dog from 7 months old and I had to agree to her being neutered by the R.S.P.C.A. as part of the adoption.
Like Dr. Andrew's own dog she was eating well, exercising well, loving life. It was heart breaking. She even ran to the back door when the vet arrived to put her to sleep. I was heart broken and I will never forget my beautiful gentle natured friend. So I am with Dr. Andrews 100% in his homeopathic treatments.
Dr. Andrew Jones is a Patch Adams to the veterinarian profession shame there aren't more about. We all know how the medical profession reacted to Patch Adam.!!!!!!!!

I found your channel 4 days after my Borzoi died (along with thousands of dollars paid to the vet) and I pray more people come around to your way of practicing veterinary medicine. I just couldn't bring myself to take my other dog to the vet for an ear infection (he loves swimming in the lake) and I'm finding apple cider vinegar and coconut oil works just fine on him. MDs could learn a lot from you; it's no small feat standing up against big pharma for the well fare of those under your care. Again, blessings and thanks.
Just few days ago,I googled how to treat diarrhea in dogs as our dog had bout of diarrhoea and I came across your chanell. I followed your advice treating the diarrhea and our dog is back having normal bowel movements, thank you, I am glad I found your channell,it shows you really love and care about animals. Dear jc jc , My Aussie had the same thing jc. I'm still not sure what caused it!! Perhaps she got ahold of something outside when I wasn't watching. I don't know. I was baffled and went straight to Dr. Jones "archived" remedies. Within a week she was back to having a good firm stool. If your dog is anything like mine jc, she was so upset that she was "making a mess inside", but it didn't take much for me to assure her that it wasn't her fault!!! When she hears ( and Knows! ) the word " accident " she knows she's not in trouble!! Plus a lot of TLC helped her too. P.S.- Thank God I had plenty of newspapers I hadn't taken out to the recycling bin yet!!!! LOL Thanks Dr. Jones !!!

I just brought my chihuahua Tinkerbell home yesterday to spend a couple days with us... she is in kidney and heart failure and didn’t respond to treatment in the hospital... I’m trying to do all I can and research for my other 5 dogs as well...I had. Career as an esthetician and have been around alternative therapies for the last 20 years and am currently working on my heath with them because my dr can’t get me well ...thank you dr❤️❤️❤️

I am so happy I found this channel. I am in dire need to find out my German's skin issues. I'm trying different things from the doc. It's a terrible loss for the BC Board, but a gain for all of us. To be so humble, real, and helpful in today's society is unheard of. You sir get a gold star in your crown. I guess the Board members send their dogs to a high-priced vet. Me too. I am so grateful I found this channel and this wonderful doctor. I also live in BC and I am just furious at the Vet industry for their over rated high priced costs. I wish Canada would create a universal health care system for pets that we can all pay into who are pet owners. And that we can have a variety of vets who care about holistic practices or normal ones, but with lower costs. If they truly care about animals, help us when we have a pet and are going through hard times. It's just ridiculous and outrageous what the vet industry has become. I hope Dr.Jones will get the credit and great attention he deserves to begin a new path of pet health care for others to embark on.

It must have been so difficult for you to take on this battle with the impact it has had on your gifted career. I agree with you about your philosophies and observations on the traditional VCA perspective. Dogs in other countries often live longer than they do in America and that does not include accidents. I have been raising Yorkshire Terriers for 26 years and I am currently a retired middle school science teacher. I am very capable of critically analyzing information as I have taught through experimentation science research. I have found your channel to be full of excellent advice and homeopathic solutions and compassion. There are some aspects of your personality that closely remind me of the Yorkshire Veterinarian, Dr.James Herriot from his books, All Creatures Great and Small and All Things Bright and Beautiful. Unfortunately for a lot, that's what takes priority- - money, not ethics. my former vet once told me when I brought my rescue pitbull in..(she was having issues with her skin, and trusts no one because of her abusive start of life) that she's too aggressive, and for that alone, euthanize her. this was before he got his big new fancy clinic.. Needless to say, hes not my vet anymore.

I respect your decision and applaud you!! This whole story makes me so mad! I've known for a long time how the medical industry prevents drs from saying things and tries to suppress alternate therapies but it never occurred to me that it would also happen to vets!!

I subscribed while watching it and have followed your advice many times, and have had ppositive results every time. These days REAL people are not easy to find, & are few & far between, sadly. More power to you and also human doctors like Dr.Davis we humans and animals weren’t meant to eat stored foods I believe fully in what you are saying I myself refuse grains potatoes rice oatmeal I noticed that my cats are loving their real diet at first I thought it would be harder it is but it’s worth it. The narrow road is the best ☝️ Supermarket around me just have frisky fancy feast so I ordered it I was afraid they wouldn’t like it boy was I wrong.

Clyde Ward His way of practicing isnt necessarily maligned from that.You obviously have a strong opinion against him however that doesnt seem to be what the opinion the masses share.He hasnt doesnt anything harmful/detrimental to an animal, he just wants to essentially (in my opinion) treat the WHOLE animal vs just throwing meds & surgery at his patients.I hope he comes to the US, most vets dont even know what supplements/vitamins do or help nor other ways of treating animals.

Clyde: Fortunately there are more of this "crazy" kind in the US and elsewhere who advocate other approaches. The "evidence" indeed shows results of the effectiveness of drug therapy in various patient groups, but what causes the disease itself is not shown or even examined by them.
Naturapaths are treated the same way. Rediculous.
YUP,there is a Chiropractor named Dr. John Bergman(u can see him on utube) that is fighting the GOOD FIGHT FOR HUMANS. Robert F. Kennedy JR. is fighting also!

I cannot believe you were so unfairly taken advantage of. The fine you received makes absolutely no sense, especially looking at what other vets have done, that is absolutely terrible. You were very brave for doing this and it is also sad for all the animals that no longer were able to see you. I do see that the information you’re providing is extremely empowering for animal owners but if we take what we’re doing to our regular vet we are faced with a wall. A very challenging situation for all.

so sorry Dr.Jones we all loose most important the wonder animals.we love you Dr.Jones.
tbh local vets have fucked up my pitbull cross with high doses of pills which where meant to treat a simple skin condition but instead the pills ended up making him vomit everyday 3-5 times after eating or drinking. we had to fast him for 12 hours then feed him nothing but grilled chicken for 2 weeks to flush his system. now im just after finding out the medications may have also caused an ear infection, most likely early yeast infection.
ive been subcribed to you for 20 minutes as of 2017-05-03 st johns NL time, and ive learned more about basic medical care and treatment for my dog then all my visits to the fucking vet.
