vassili1234 Thanks man. Yeah I usually don't mind it or enjoy it, but when it gets really heavy really fast it can be a bit unnerving. We've had a lot of bad flooding here lately so you there can be impassible standing water fast.
Dude i so much can relate to your experience....i know first hand as u do too how bad it sucks riding wet...yes i will def look into rain gear. Safe riding buddy!
The safest part of the lane is never the left side a mirror can grab you. If you fall you end up in the next lane not your own with your head or hand getting hit. Gotta use those blinkers.
"Supposed to be having some people over tonight..... don't wanna.. burst on in covered in rain" That's funny, normally I don't want to get rained on because I don't like getting wet. Your a very considerate of your guests. Also agree with you on cars not doing traffic circles right ;-)
Manley Gage Ha yeah, my wife and her friends worry about the fact that I ride enough as is. Walking into a room of them drenched from the rain doesn't help that much. I love traffic circles. This morning I did a double loop around one just for fun.
Hey set your phone down in rice along with your camera it will take out the moisture. Don't do anything to create a spark like removing battery just leave it in. Let it drain naturally. Hey a tip on rain driving use your indicators a bit longer and ever single time. Also the road is built a bit higher in the center so ride in the left lane the right one will be holding puddles. Any sporting goods store carried a rain coat or poncho that folds up into a very tiny pocket size pouch you can stash this about any where on you or the bike even in your tool bag. Rain x on helmet to treat before rain comes. Theres a better one on the market but I forgot it.
sweet ride! LOVE riding in the rain.

Manley Gage I got it, I'm the same way.
Maybe I should see how many times I can make it around that traffic circle before someone gets angry.
