I can also relate to a huge amount if this , my neighbours have filled in the section of being found online road outside my home , and meeting a nurse from the 1st hospital explained that i went missing 1st night from the ward , and explains why morning of day2 I was moved to an access controlled unit,,

I was the same. I would go to Asda and Co-op and buy large containers of water and go home and drink all of it. Then go back out and buy more. This was January. That evening my wife realised something was very wrong with me and called an ambulance. I was lucky Aintree being a university hospital they had people there who suspected correctly it was encephalitis and not a psychiatric problem. The consultants in Aintree Hospital seemed surprised about the water drinking though. I still have short term memory issues but it is improving.

Fantastic interview! As an E-surviving lady myself, so much of this rang true with me. I hope I get to meet you in the future at a society event.
