@@djomlatebra I don't think square shoulders impact things as much when you are that far forward is what I'm saying. The key is the muscle activation you get from your shoulder being in a certain position. If you contort your left shoulder to be square with your right shoulder just by moving the second shoulder forward and not changing the positioning of the other shoulder, you can still essentially have the same advantage that having your shoulders unsquared would give you.

When do someone use the mind and look at the physics og human size and elbow pad size end distance from each other. The above tall people have tremendous advantage in forarm leverage. There isn't space to armwresle theese long lems without running out of space. One thing is weight categories. It seems that there are several other parameters that make disadvantages. It's not because i have a problem with tall people. I'm 6.2. It's taller than most. But it's devastating to se good armwreslers without space to armwresle. I hope waf have anti doping rules. Armwresling are becoming a freak show, it has nothing to do with natural disposition and talent. It's more a race of who take the biggest risks to die in the 40-50' or earlier.
