- I've done this by accident and thought it was pretty cool. Unfortunately i can't show ones that would look cool like Zangief's Ultra 1 and Juri's Ultra 2 because somehow i lost their original files, so i'm stuck with their swapped versions.
Guile in Blanka's pose made me lose it

Spaghetti Confetti It's moveset swapping. Y'know, swapping two character's moves out from each other. Like in Smash Bros, except in this case it's Street Fighter 4.

I really like some of the ultras without their camera angles. Makes it more... Authentic than a cutscene.
I never realized Fei Long Ultra2 ends with Bruce Lee famous One Inch Punch.

So basically, Hakan is lagging, Bison is on creative mode and Dudley is straight up hacking

Perhaps because they have seen the normal versions hundreds of times, so this new perspective seems more fresh and interesting, or maybe they consider the camera angles too over the top and this induces some nostalgia from the previous SF series that lacked them.

It's cool how you can see the camera tricks they do, like making Hakan's opponent slide long distances without actually going the whole way.
DAMN Dudley hits you so fast that you don't even see yourself walk back up to him to get pummeled more!
Ryu's Ultra 2 looks so fluid and smooth like this and Bison's are pretty cool, especially finding out in Ultra 2 he is floating, you'd expect him to still be on the ground since he did stomp it :V

Without all of the camera effects, I think it really keeps the flow of the game. I guess I just prefer older street fighter games. =\
A lot of these actually hold up fairly well without the cinematics.
1:40 the power of Dudley was enough to actually augment his reality into a 3D realm :O
It's pretty neat seeing how the designers have to adjust where the models are, just to fit them in proper angles for the camera :D

All of them look pretty awesome actually. Except the ones that get all fucked up, of course. It'd be nice seeing this as an optional feature in Ultra

I love how liquid the animations become once they do the ultras.
Some of the ultra animations also reminds me of the iPhone version, since the camera keeps being static even during the ultra animations. Bisons U1 looks identical :D

Interesting 2d view from the Ultras. It certainly looks like the older games which had no dynamic camera. This makes all the Ultras look less interesting as the free camera does add good effect although it's nice seeing this retro style.
The Fei Long Gekirinken (second ultra) made me laugh too much.

I like how the lack of camera angles makes some of the moves teleportyness make them look stupid, but somehow, the exact same effect on Guy's Ultra actually makes it COOLER looking.
M.Bison's actually look normal...........
Hakan one is the most funniest.
They use a lot of simple tricks like low camera angles to make them look cinematic. It works.
I think Ryu's 2nd Ultra look pretty awesome without the animate :P

they need to make this a serious option. alot of these specials looked better without the crazy cameras.

The only one that suffers from this change is Fei Long's first Ultra. You HAVE to see the frame with his kick. :D

Ibuki U1, El Fuerte's, Dee Jay U2, Zangief's, Rose U1 etc. There's so many I'd like to see still >_<

Guy's Second Ultra looks way cooler with the fixed camera... I like how he runs closer to the camera.

Looks cool, and more like the original SF, overuse of camera angle reduce the temple of the game, especially when you get kit by opp and wanna fight back

I disagree.
They already look cool with a bunch of stuff going on. Added camera angles are just an unnecessary bow on the top. The supers in Alpha, 3rd strike, mvc2 and mvc3 didn't need and they still look great.
This is basically what the mobile version is. Minus most of the characters and ultra 2’s.

they are not odd, i mean, they are, but it looks that their "skins" have been swapped, guile is blanka, guy is cammy, hakan is rose, etc...
Hakan's looked strange having the character slide across the same part of the ground about 3 times :V

Well that's because he changes their fighting styles.Example:Ryu has Makoto's fighting style.So...that's why.
