Very interesting. As someone said in another podcast, Joe Schoen was never going to resign Barkley, Jim Brown, Barry Sanders, Eric Dickerson, Gale Sayers. Mostly because of the Daniel Jones contract but also other positions.

Incompetent- to me Shoen looked bad. Was off on the Barkley market… Bowen wanted another interior they got the edge instead. And Rossoti was very impressive. Joe definitely doesnt listen to his staff and so far Year 3 I don’t like him!
He wiffed on the O line the last 2 seasons in both FA and the draft that’s why we don’t have a Line for Jones and Barkley. That’s Joe’s Fault

Schoen looks dumb to me for thinking DJ can carry the offense without Saquon. Schoen says “history is the best indicator of the future.” Well, look at DJ’s record without Saquon!!! It’s horrendous. The real mistake happened last year resigning DJ. He’s holding this team from a rebuild and is going to get Daboll fired.
Defenses prepared for Saquon not for Daniel Jones. Shoen will regret it !!! Paying $40M and putting all the cards in Daniel Jones should cost him his job. Going into year six and you're still figuring out if Daniel Jones is your QB ? Sounds like a no, but you still paid $84M Dumb ass move.
Schoen is fantastic. G-men will be at least solid going forward with cyclical runs at the SB.

Marshall, I don’t agree with that either as far as Joe saying that if Patrick Mahomes were on the team, he would have struggled as well. No, no, no….. if you are a good quarterback, running back, wide receiver, this defensive lineman,….etc, There should be not too many struggles. A good player is going to make something out of nothing.
Joe, knows that Daniell Jones is not the answer. That’s why he did not wanted to sign Saquon Barkley nor did he wanted to sign Daniel Jones in 2023. He knows he had no. interest in bringing neither one of those guys back. He did not want Saquon Barkley or Daniel Jones back for the season of 2023. Joe wanted to bring in his own quarterback and running back. And you really can’t blame him for wanting to do that.

Not at all. He got way more money in Philly, and any of us would have done the same. I am a Giants fan, but he went from a trainwreck franchise to a winning one.
Daniel Jones is a stout guy ;He needs more than 2.3 seconds to scan and make a decision. Not babying him but defending him. He needs to get comfortable in the pocket when have you seen him like that ...never! He needs to be able to trust his front line I like the front line except for Neal I think he gets lazy . Find someone else please so we can watch Jones perform. Everyone has an opinion but until you realize what pressure he's physically under and the thought in the back of his head being " longevity " you'll discount him just like Marshall said about Patrick Mahomes
