@@OnlyiPhones Can I ask you what iphone do you have? I need to ask you something about the camera settings. The problem is the setting called preserve settings is not working like it should, I only have the live photos toggle enabled there but both Exposure and Nightmode toggle is turned off, but still if I change something and then close / reopen the app it doesnt reset any changes I made to those 2 like it should. So the whole point of preserve settings is kinda pointless since it remembers those things I change when I take photos even though the toggles for them are not enabled. Can you check if it works for you? Try change the exposure and then close the camera then go back in and see if exposure settings have been reset to default or not.
@@artfartzy I have an iPhone 13 pro max. I checked my settings, I currently have portrait zoom and live photo enabled for the preserved settings, all else is off, similar to you. When I close the app or just switch to another app, the exposure settings go back to normal for me after manually setting the exposure, like it should. Sounds like it might be a glitch on your end. I assume you probably already did this but make sure you have the lates iOS installed and try turning the phone off for at least 10 seconds and turning back on and see if the issue persists.

I might buy the iphone 14 when it comes out, hopefully it will be fixed on this. One thing I heard is that on the 13 you can't turn off smart hdr for the camera, I think thats really strange, I can on my 12 pro max, hope they add that back again for the 14. Some people complained that the smart hdr sometimes made photos look like a water color painting, I remember the iphone 7 plus who also had a problem with this effect. It seems to be mostly indoor with lowlight or different lightings. I do have smart hdr turned on on mine and havent noticed it yet but maybe it's more a problem with the 13.

Please tell me the blurry camera feature that is present on iphone 12 is not on iphone 13?! It’s why I kept my iphone 10.. I’m scared. Should I finally upgrade ?

To open the camera from the lock screen I just swipe from right to left, this will open the camera also, just as fast if not faster :)

Are you referring to the "blurry background"? If yes, that is only on the iPhone 13 models
