Not an exaggeration but SB19 truly saved me during my darkest hours. Pablo's emotions here are so relatable. I saw myself in that dark room contemplating. The moon was literally my sole companion during the pandemic. I was alone, away from home, but needed to function normally at work despite the inner turmoil. Every single night, when the skies were clear, I stared at the moon for hours and hours until the dawn breaks. It allowed me to admire the beauty of the darkness but at the same time, gave me time to contemplate. The moon fascinates me, how its soft glow illuminates the sky. When I came to know SB19, I found a reason to smile and keep my mind off the pressures and stress for a while. I cried in Mapa and Tilaluha, vibed with What and Bazinga and to all of their songs. I met friends albeit virtually. SB19 is the only Ppop group that awakened my interest in OPM and Ppop. SB19 gave me reasons to wake up motivated. SB19 is my therapy.
Don't worry I am also a living testament that SB19 music saved life. Ikako saved me. That's all I can say, if not for them wala na ako dito. I found them during my darkest time too.

It is so limiting to look within ourselves knowing how the reality of our own weaknesses can overcome us. I am almost 70 years old and much wiser and grounded in my Biblical Faith in CHRIST. But i too went through many dark seasons in life. My "GO TO" were the Book of Psalms and 3 other books: The Character of GOD, The Attributes of GOD and The (Biblical) Names of GOD. All Creation speaks clearly of their Creator. To you it came through the Moon and knowing SB19 and the Therapeutic Effects they had on your life. Thank you so much for Sharing your Story. There are so many good songs but you know SB19's songs/rendition hits so much different, if you're an A'tin you know what I'm saying. They don't just sing, they sing their hearts out. I will always be grateful to this man. Thank you for saving me during my darkest hours. Yes, I met SB19 when I had suicidal thoughts. Their music saved me, but the sadness still crept inside me from time to time, and this man, named John Paulo Nase, became my fresh air. His voice is my calm. Whenever my mind searches for the key to free me from my thoughts, my favorite place to go to is all the platforms where I can hear his voice. I, myself, don't even know why he became my calm. But I'll never complain. Every time he speaks, all my ears are on him. I feel that whatever he is going to say will help me move forward, so I have to pay attention. I was so down earlier this year, but I still survived by listening to all his compiled cover songs before I went to sleep. Without them? I don't think I could sleep at those moments. That's how I end my routine, by listening to his voice. Of course, the moment I wake up, sadness never fails to greet me. Up until now, out of nowhere, I felt blue, but what I am thankful for is that God gave me these five precious people to ease my pain and make every day bearable. SB19 is not just a group that aims to break into the local and international scene with their music. This group will always be more than that. It's because they have Pablo. He became the instant connection between their group and all the hearts that were reached by their music. He is the real gem. Pablo is a person that you will run out of words when you describe as an artist, and that's the truth. He creates a masterpiece to the point where describing your appreciation through words is shallow. It's just that there will be no words that will equate to how you feel just because you got to hear his masterpiece. The reason why I became an A'tin is because I want to be part of a community that does not directly aim to make my faves on top, but because being on top means more people will be touched by their music. If that's the case, how come I will not help them? How dare I ignore that truth and just savour the goodness that I got from this group? Every time I had the chance to share their music, I grabbed it. They deserved more people to hear their music. All of Pablo's masterpiece will be needed by all the people who are meant to be touched by it. And I believe, as of this moment, the percentage was still low. Some people would tell that SB19 songs were overhyped by their fans (A'tin) but I would say that there is something talaga sa songwriting skills ni Kuya Pau that hits different. An artist and a musical poet indeed.I admire his wordplay in every songs he made. I admire how they can make people who tend to hear their songs openly share their stories and how these songs somehow heal them by shedding light and hope from the depressing situation we face everyday (for example, their 'Ikako' and 'Live it Up' just to name a few). Stories they share which I enjoy reading through the comment section of every videos they have here in yt. Music should touch hearts regardless of what language there is and that's what SB19 is doing with their crafts. What I love about Pablo is his ability to express emotions not only in his songs, but also his voice. You can really feel the pain and sadness through his tone and projection. Not a lot of artists can project this kind of rawness in their craft, but Pablo can do it without exerting much effort. A true artist. I am still recovering from mental depression. I was medically diagnosed with major depression with suicidial tendency. SB19 has been with me during those days that I am okay, and days where I find myself just staring blankly. Pablo's creations really strike me. From their collab with Oh Won Lee *Love yours* which gives me a bit of strength and hope. This song really hits home. Because no one understands. No one.. Even me, I cannot explain what's going on in my head. It's just so confusing.

As always, pablo writes songs from the heart. While listening to this song, I remember my patients who are suffering from depression.. they say the same words from this song "hindi ko maintindihan ang pighati".."ikaw ba'y may alam sa akin dinaramdam o katulad nila na walang alam".. . "lulan sa aking mundo ay kalungkutan".. "hindi ko to gusto". I just don't know if this song is about depression but if it is then i hope that people will truly come to understand the people who are suffering from mental illness and get rid of the stigma. They need help and understanding and not to be laughed and mocked at. As a psychiatrist, it hurts me that until now people see mental illness as something that is not serious and not given attention too. Thanks Pablo for this song. I am sure many will be inspired again when they listen to this. ...if you are feeling something else related to this song that you wrote, I don't want to say anything for now but i just want to hug you.

He is the alpha wolf at Inilabas din nia ang galing ng bawat kamiyembro nia kaya sila ngaun namamayagpag at ok na. Napanood ko sa ilang videos kung gaano siya nirerespeto at pinasasalamatan ng grupo. I see this as a 3am conversation with yourself with all the questions that keeps you up. The “buwan” symbolizes as that comfort you feel whenever you’re alone. We find comfort when we are alone for it seems like we get a hold in this chaotic world but then it hits us.. we shouldn’t get lost in fake comfort. The moon was literally my sole companion during the pandemic. I was alone, away from home, but needed to function normally at work despite the inner turmoil. Every single night, when the skies were clear, I stared at the moon for hours and hours until the dawn breaks. It allowed me to admire the beauty of the darkness but at the same time, gave me time to contemplate. The moon fascinates me, how its soft glow illuminates the sky. When I came to know SB19, I found a reason to smile and keep my mind off the pressures and stress for a while. I cried in Mapa and Tilaluha, vibed with What and Bazinga and to all of their songs. I met friends albeit virtually. SB19 is the only Ppop group that awakened my interest in OPM and Ppop. SB19 gave me reasons to wake up motivated. SB19 is my therapy.
Don't worry I am also a living testament that SB19 music saved life. Ikako saved me. That's all I can say, if not for them wala na ako dito. I found them during my darkest time too.

I hope those dark nights afforded you to Process all you needed to and that the Moon had pointed you to its' Creator and yours. We are all imperfect humans living in a fallen world. It is so limiting to look within ourselves knowing how the reality of our own weaknesses can overcome us. Thank GOD that SB19 has been used and are continually being used by GOD, as Vessels for His honor and glory, to bring Joy in our lives. I am almost 70 years old and much wiser and grounded in my Biblical Faith in CHRIST. But i too went through many dark seasons in life. My "GO TO" were the Book of Psalms and 3 other books: The Character of GOD, The Attributes of GOD and The (Biblical) Names of GOD. All Creation speaks clearly of their Creator. To you it came through the Moon and knowing SB19 and the Therapeutic Effects they had on your life.

I will always be grateful to this man. Thank you for saving me during my darkest hours. Yes, I met SB19 when I had suicidal thoughts. Their music saved me, but the sadness still crept inside me from time to time, and this man, named John Paulo Nase, became my fresh air. His voice is my calm. Whenever my mind searches for the key to free me from my thoughts, my favorite place to go to is all the platforms where I can hear his voice. I, myself, don't even know why he became my calm. But I'll never complain. Every time he speaks, all my ears are on him. I feel that whatever he is going to say will help me move forward, so I have to pay attention. I was so down earlier this year, but I still survived by listening to all his compiled cover songs before I went to sleep. Without them? I don't think I could sleep at those moments. That's how I end my routine, by listening to his voice. Of course, the moment I wake up, sadness never fails to greet me. Up until now, out of nowhere, I felt blue, but what I am thankful for is that God gave me these five precious people to ease my pain and make every day bearable. SB19 is not just a group that aims to break into the local and international scene with their music. This group will always be more than that. It's because they have Pablo. He became the instant connection between their group and all the hearts that were reached by their music. He is the real gem. Pablo is a person that you will run out of words when you describe as an artist, and that's the truth. He creates a masterpiece to the point where describing your appreciation through words is shallow. It's just that there will be no words that will equate to how you feel just because you got to hear his masterpiece. The reason why I became an A'tin is because I want to be part of a community that does not directly aim to make my faves on top, but because being on top means more people will be touched by their music. Some people would tell that SB19 songs were overhyped by their fans (A'tin) but I would say that there is something talaga sa songwriting skills ni Kuya Pau that hits different. An artist and a musical poet indeed.I admire his wordplay in every songs he made. I admire how they can make people who tend to hear their songs openly share their stories and how these songs somehow heal them by shedding light and hope from the depressing situation we face everyday (for example, their 'Ikako' and 'Live it Up' just to name a few). Stories they share which I enjoy reading through the comment section of every videos they have here in yt. Music should touch hearts regardless of what language there is and that's what SB19 is doing with their crafts. Then I realized how their music affects the hearts of many whether if its A'tin or non-A'tin. SB19 is not just a Ppop group, they are more than that.

Pablo's voice is comforting. The song is sad but because of his voice, it feels like I'm being comforted and hugged after crying a lot.
The emo/angsty vibe of this track takes me to those days rawr. Plus the way every line was written almost sounds like an elegiac masterpiece. It's haunting and it's in pain. I hope as the song unravels the complete story in our eyes one day, we get to see that kind of love that is only experienced through sadness and that kind of joy that is only experienced through grief.

I just finished re-watching pinuno's voice live on his 26th birthday, sobrang napapanganga niya talaga ako (literally) by his whole personality and kanina habang pinapanood ko ulit yung voice live niya I'm so speechless(as always) especially when he sang his brother's song 'Agos' grabe kuhang kuha niya ang respeto ko kasi kitang kitang mo na kahit nakaupo lang siya he is giving all sa pagkanta niya well always naman ganun sa kahit saang performances nila but pinuno hits different for me, kaya nga tagos sa puso lahat ng songs na sinulat niya at narinig na natin and now here he is giving us another masterpiece.

I am still recovering from mental depression. I was medically diagnosed with major depression with suicidial tendency. SB19 has been with me during those days that I am okay, and days where I find myself just staring blankly. Pablo's creations really strike me. From their collab with Oh Won Lee *Love yours* which gives me a bit of strength and hope. This song really hits home. Because no one understands. No one.. Even me, I cannot explain what's going on in my head. It's just so confusing.

As always, pablo writes songs from the heart. While listening to this song, I remember my patients who are suffering from depression.. they say the same words from this song "hindi ko maintindihan ang pighati".."ikaw ba'y may alam sa akin dinaramdam o katulad nila na walang alam".. . "lulan sa aking mundo ay kalungkutan".. "hindi ko to gusto". I just don't know if this song is about depression but if it is then i hope that people will truly come to understand the people who are suffering from mental illness and get rid of the stigma. They need help and understanding and not to be laughed and mocked at. As a psychiatrist, it hurts me that until now people see mental illness as something that is not serious and not given attention too.

For me, Pinunong Pablo is the mind, heart and soul of SB 19 lalo sa mga likha niang musika. He is the alpha wolf at Inilabas din nia ang galing ng bawat kamiyembro nia kaya sila ngaun namamayagpag at ok na. Napanood ko sa ilang videos kung gaano siya nirerespeto at pinasasalamatan ng grupo. Sana lang hindi makalimutan ng mga tao.

I rarely comment on videos here on yt pero wow the emotions poured into this song!! My take on this is something personal. I see this as a 3am conversation with yourself with all the questions that keeps you up. The “buwan” symbolizes as that comfort you feel whenever you’re alone. We find comfort when we are alone for it seems like we get a hold in this chaotic world but then it hits us.. we shouldn’t get lost in fake comfort. (I’m not even making sense haha I might delete this) gentle days for everyone!
