I only came across Hamza quite recently which is amazing considering the wealth and breadth of the content of his speeches, not just the eloquence but the depth of convincing argument he makes. An incredible orator
Originally published by Alhambra Productions, which is gone now. It is a rare speech.
May Allah reward them ameen
What happened to them ?
Nothing special happened. It was a volunteer run organization. I assume at some point people got too busy. You can consider current day sandala to be some sort of a replacement.
salam wrwb. There is a talk by sh hamza where right at the beginning he quotes the verse about muslims hearing much offensive things from disbelievers. it is truly rare. i heard it a long time ago and have never found it since. i believe it was in england. are you familiar with which talk im referring to?
@@JoBlogzneed more info about the speech you’re asking for. Was this after 9/11?

It seems definitely to be pre 911, as he appears to be both younger, and far more electric as was his idiosyncratic persona during that era. He begins by reciting in its original Arabic the following verse:
(You 'believers' will surely be tested in your wealth and yourselves, and you will certainly hear many hurtful words from those who were given the Scripture before you and 'from' the polytheists. But if you are patient and mindful 'of Allah'- surely this is a resolve to aspire to.)
It is one of his best talks I have ever heard. It was in England. Towards the end, when the organisers hint his time is up, the crowd demand he continues and it is quite beautiful. Not sure if they do takbir at that point, but I think they do. It also may be linked to the Salman Rushdie affair, but this part I may be misremembering. Hope you can help. God bless.
