@@eliceoramirez4483 yeah you gotta watch out for these types of people because they'll go out their way to damage your business over some stupid shoes because they feel disrespected for some reason even though you did your side of business correct ( he sold them brand new both size 12 nothing wrong on his behalf) but something do with her sons foot idk what the deal was but the dude didn't deserve that nonsense plus when they have that all sales are final sign you gotta bite the bullet when you buy something from stores like this unless the store really does you dirty like shoes come apart after a day or two after purchase.
and plus they were worn too so yeah that women didnt know about how stuff like this works i dont blame her tbh i feel like the kid 2nd guessed the color of the shoe and wanted to get another color but never know

Maybe the issue with that kid with the angry mom is his feet. Humans feet are not symmetrical/identical, therefor the shoes may of not fit/loose fitting because of that! Common for people to have two different size feet . It’s either thats the case or they ended up not liking the the colorway after buying it and made shit up to try to return .
Should have told her to check the feet size on both feet, many people have one foot larger than the other even some up to half size more.
