Easy 15 min Kettlebell Workout / Double Kettlebell

- This 15 MIN Full Body HIIT Workout can be done at home or the gym, if you have more time, combine this workout with other session, use it as finisher or can complete it twice..
We will focus on your whole body, specially your chest, shoulders, abs, core and legs! So grab your Kettlebells or Dumbbells and get ready.
Two exercises are performed as 20 sec on each superset and 20 seconds rest , complete as many reps as you can within given time. So get ready for this workout. We are completing exercises like farmer walks, deadlift, rows, lunges and push ups.
This full body workout with weights is only 15 minutes long so get ready for this quick session!

I have completed this one twice. But even that was fairly easy, need heavier KBs (2x24 or 2x28 would be better) little rest WOD after yesterday

Hello my friend. Thank you for your support, this session definitely can be done with dumbbells too, I would go for some heavier weights for farmer walks if available :) the dumbbells that i have at home is bit too light now :)
Warm up
16 minutes hit tabata, first tabata 6 minutes my mistake🙄
Than
2x16 bell all rounds 4 times
Core:
3 round ,30 sec rest between super set
Ab hell wheal 10x
Elbow plan 1 min
3 round 30 sec rest between superset
Ab hell wheal 10x
Side plank l 1min
Side plank r 1 min
