14:33...you can always send a complaint about those shrubs to KTMB via its email address. I believe they get the coach clean and tidy before leaving the maintenance yard...🤔

We're trying to buy tickets: KL to Butterworth with a stopover in Ipoh. We're in North America. They're asking for our passport numbers; is that normal? This makes me very nervous.

Hello. Yes they do ask for your passport. I'm from the USA. I had no issues at all. I've used the government app Kits. It has a white background with gold lettering. However I'm not sure if you need a Malaysian phone number.

Usually alot of things in Malaysia such as travel and touristy things will require you to bring your passport.

@@joecraigvlogs7008 Thank you for the responses. We're going early November. Do you advise buying tkts now or wait until we're there. Our train trip would be mid week

@@NciksMsi1 I recommend buying them as soon as you can. I book my tickets 3 weeks in advance. For our way back to Penang from KL we could only book the 430pm train because the rest were sold out. That was on a Friday. But our ticket to Ipoh from Penang and Ipoh to KL was on Monday and Tuesday. We had different options

@@joecraigvlogs7008 Thank you again. I'll book with a bit more assurance then. Kits you say? I'll find it. Many thanks.
