does the Britax Willow car seat click into the older Britax B-ready stroller? I cant tell if they changed the connectors between the Brooks and previous stroller

While the Brook stroller does not have any height adjustment in the handlebar, the handlebar height is at a normal range (meaning not particularly low or high) for comfortability at most heights. If you live local to a Snuggle Bugz store, call them and see if they have a floor model available to test out!
As this is not a lay-flat toddler seat, we'd recommend using it in the reclined position as your child reaches approx. 4-6 months old and has more core support.
There is actually a very similar travel system the Willow Brook S+ Travel System that uses the Willow S infant car seat: snugglebugz.ca/products/britax-willow-brook-s-travel-system
Hmm, the toddler seat should definitely recline using the black lever on the back of the toddler seat (top of the seat, in the middle). You may want to check your manual to ensure you are using the right lever, or you may wish to contact Britax Customer Service if you need further support!

Love this question - you would need separate adapters to connect the Willow Infant Car Seat to the older B-Ready stroller.
