Why wish? Just make your life aesthetic, you don't even need money, just start cleaning your house more and organizing it and tidying it till it looks aesthetic! Then build yourself a nice productive routine that is simple yet working and try to stick to it, then start eating more aesthetic and healthier dishes, and also you could start buying a few decorations like sanrio or anime ones, just a little few, and also start building more hygiene and motivation in yourself, and also start hobbies! Like drawing,crocheting,writing storys,reading stories (through books or your phone) these are all cheap but fun and really nice hobbies! Start treating yourself like royalty aswell as treat others well so you can have people who adore you everyday but defend yourself when needed! set your goals and make your path clear! That's all you need for an aesthetic and good life, it doesn't cost that much money, it just costs a bit of hard work and courage :D

I think they have it at Barnes and Noble, but you should read RWBY. I watched all 9 volumes on Rooster Teeth, and the show was amazing! I read the first two books for the manga, and it is amazing, but just haven't had the time to buy the rest and read it.
